With the development of agriculture intelligent demand is higher and higher, a set of combine harvester working condition monitoring and scheduling system is very necessary. The main purpose of this article is to combine research a set of the system can real-time monitoring and scheduling function.The system can be divided into vehicle terminal and monitor on the structure, vehicle terminal is the main component for the GPS terminal and GPRS communication module; Monitoring module mainly include database module, Baidu map. System based on global positioning system (GPS), general packet radio service (GPRS) technology, and Baidu map API interface, these mature technologies to achieve the harvester in monitoring the real-time position, according to the system also integrates the roller speed and harvested area measurement these functional modules, so the system is practical and portability are good.This thesis mainly studies the following contents:1. Combine on-board terminal hardware design. Car side mainly integrated with GPS module, GPRS module, MCU controller, hall sensors and display module, use the GPRS communication technology to send data, to overcome the past use of text mode of high delay and high cost disadvantage.2. Baidu map calls. Use Baidu map API interface implementation calls, Baidu map and GPS information real-time display on the map, to achieve the real-time monitoring function of the harvester.3. The construction of database. In the research and design on the basis of the data storage structure and organization, receiving the cutter location data, form the core of this system database.4. Combine the real-time position monitoring. Receive the GPS information by monitoring the end, combining the latitude and longitude and Baidu map, in real time by using dynamic refresh shows the location of the combine harvester.5. Determination of harvested area. Using GPS latitude and longitude information on the coordinates according to the sequence arrangement, and calculate the polygon area formation.
