China is a large agricultural country,in the harvest season of crops,when natural disasters is about to happen,in order to protect farmers' property safety,we need to bring up the appropriate amount of agricultural machinery from the surrounding areas to carry out emergency work.At present,how to do the work of agricultural emergency scheduling has become urgent in our country.With the rapid development of science and technology,the integration of modern information technology and agriculture has entered the preliminary stage of development.In the process of emergency scheduling,in order to ensure the farm machinery can complete the emergency scheduling tasks timely and efficient,so it needs to obtain accurate and reliable location of agricultural machinery.Beidou navigation satellite system that china has developed independently can provide high precision navigation and positioning technology,so it can support and promote our research on agricultural informationization and intelligentialize.The agricultural emergency scheduling problem is essentially a combination optimization problem,this paper analyzes the agricultural scheduling problem in emergency situations,combines with the actual situation,it gives the constrains of agricultural emergency dispatch,researches on scheduling algorithm,selects the reasonable scheduling scheme,in order to complete the scheduling tasks quickly in a predetermined time.The main research works involving in this paper is as follows:This paper studies the combinatorial optimization of more rescue points of agricultural machinery emergency dispatch.Research the portfolio allocation problem between the multi-disaster points and multi-agricultural points,combined with the actual situation of emergency dispatch give the appropriate constrains,to establish a multi-objective mathematical model of the least number of agricultural machinery rescue points and the earliest emergency start time.This paper introduces the ant colony algorithm,through the research and analysis of the various algorithms,because of the ant colony algorithm is robust,parallel,and good search capability,this paper finally choose the ant colony algorithm to solve the agricultural emergency scheduling problem.Considering somedisadvantage of ant colony algorithm,such as easily immersing into stagnation,slow convergence speed,this paper improves the algorithm from adjusting the pheromone polatility and updating pheromone.Apply the improved ant colony algorithm to solve the agricultural emergency scheduling mathematical model,give an optimal emergency dispatch program,and through an example,the feasibility and superiority of the ant colony algorithm was validated,then analyzes the result.This paper introduces the design of agricultural emergency management software.According to the demand analysis,the agricultural emergency management software is divided into some small functional modules,it includes job order management module,agricultural information management module,emergency scheduling module,historical trajectory replay module and so on,and introduces the functions and the design process of each module in detail.
