Corn as an important crop of our country, to improve the yield per unit area of corn is of great significance to our country. The corn’s leaves is alternate, directional planting corb can make corn leaves more reasonable distribution, increase the corn of ventilation, pervious to light effect, increase the planting density, increase the yield of corn.In order to determine the parameters of corn directional seed mechanism, through the corm of Dragon No. 1, Dazheng No.2, hybrid maize Xianyu 335 three dimensional size measurement test, calculation and analysis the parameters of corn, get the most value of the corn’s long axis direction of is 13.08mm,3.90mm, the most value of the corn’s width and thickness is 12.28mm mm,3.90mm, dimensions the most stable varieties Xianyu 335 hybrids, the most suitable for directional seeding varieties Xianyu 335 hybrids.Through the test of measuring the center of corn gravity, the average distribution of three kinds of corn’s center of gravity respectively:0.37,0.38,0.39.Through the test of corn suspended in solution, prove the relative position between the center of gravity and the floating heart of the corn.The three-dimensional model of corn directional seeding mechanism is designed using the three-dimensional design software CREO, a general 3D model of the mechanism is built using the virtual assembly.By using the finite element method for static analysis of the impeller of mechanism component, get the maximum stress and deformation cloud of the impeller, the maximum stress is 7.9143MPa, the maximum deformation is 0.49mm, meet the impeller in the strength and stiffness requirements.By using the finite element method for modal analysis of the impeller, get the impeller front six order natural frequency, and the analysis of the mode shape, the lowest natural frequency of the impeller is 493.89Hz, much higher than the frequency of the impeller, the impeller does not occur resonance failure.Corn’s directional pipe depth, initial velocity and the transition pipe length three factors influence on corn size head orientation was studied by the orthogonal experiment. Three factors involved in the experiment all have effects on the orientation of corn size head orientation. Based on the test data analysis, obtained the results of the optimal combination of the parameters and the analysis of variance, and the best working parameters of directional tube, namely directional pipe water depth is 50mm, the initial velocity of 1.7m/s corn, transition pipe length is 7mm.
