Caragana korshinskii is a fine shrub plant which has the effect of the windbreak and sand fixation.In recent years,it has become an important resource for high nutritional value of feed conversion and high calorific value of biomass fuel use.In Caragana mechanization production, due to its high lignification degree and good toughness after a few years of growth, the mature crop harvest equipment can’t complete mechanical harvesting of Caragana, it is badly in need of specifically designed for Caragana harvesting equipment. Be aimed at the key components of Caragana korshinskii harvester equipment,conveying and shredding mechanism,the paper did the mechanics analysis of mechanism, simulation analysis of interaction between relevant mechanism and Caragana korshinskii, as well as the optimization of structure parameters and calculation etc. The article mainly has carried on the aspects of research:(1) Based on the biological morphology and mechanical properties of Caragana korshinskii, we made a qualitative analysis of the overall structure of Caragana korshinskii harvester and key components to determine the structure design.(2) After doing a comparison about conveying mechanism of common harvester,we selected scheme of the transport mechanism.then did the design of the dial tooth type conveying mechanism and some kinematics and dynamics analysis.In view of the interaction between Caragana korshinskii and the dial tooth in conveying process, we made stress and deformation analysis of the dial tooth by using the finite element software, then got the stress and strain nephogram to provide the basis for analysis of the structure and components.Moreover,we completed the design and calculation of the system structure and the main working parts.(3) The paper designed the flexible clamp feeding mechanism and flat knife drum cutter mechanism,did an analysis and calculation of the key components. By using the Pro/Mechanism software, we made a simulation and optimization design of the flat knife to get the best parameters.(4) According to the composition and working principle of the composition of mechanism conveying and shredding mechanism, we did the velocity matching calculation and analysis of the main components to ensure that the system can movement coordinately.
