| We studied the turf characters, stress resistance and photosynthetic characteristics of wild bermudagrass in Shanxi, and understood the adaptability of Shanxi wild bermudagrass in north central region, and provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of the use of Shanxi wild bermudagrass. The results were as follows:(1) Comparison of the morphological indicators and turf characters of Shanxi Wild bermudagrass and Xinnong-1 and Kashi bermudagrass, results showed that Shanxi Wild Bermudagrass were better in turf, regeneration speed, green leaf, texture soft, turf uniformity than the other two bermudagrasses, similar to erect type bermudagrass in the east area, it as the local high quality lawn grass resources may to further promote.(2) According to the defects of difficult overwintering, we obtained and detected the material of different winter cover, the results showed the overwintering rate increased significantly, up to more than 88.67%. Comprehensive evaluation showed that greening rate, coverage and the content of chlorophyll of straw coverage increased compared to shading and plastic film mulching, but MDA and membrane permeability decreased. Straw is the best covering as the cold acclimation of wild bermudagrass.(3) The results of the salt tolerance test showed low concentrations of NaCl had no significant effect in different tissues of bermudagrass, with the increase of NaCl concentration, the content of chlorophyll and relative water content decreased significantly, but the osmotic adjustment material and antioxidant enzyme activity increased significantly. Comprehensive analysis demonstrated that Shanxi wild bermudagrass can grow normally in less than 400 mmol · L-1 of NaCl, The NaCl tolerance of each organ showed leaf> stem> root.(4) With the increasing of drought degree and the extension of stress time, the content of relative water and chlorophyll showed decreased at different degree, the content of proline, MDA, soluble sugar, soluble protein contents and SOD activity increased in leaf and root of bermudagrass, but CAT activity decreased, the sensitivity of lesf is higher than root.(5)Photosynthetic diurnal variation of Shanxi Wild Bermudagrass, Xinnong-1 and Kashi Bermudagrass revealed that Shanxi wild bermudagrass are bimodal model in net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomata conductance, while the other two bermudagrass shows a single peak. Environmental factors and photosynthetic parameters correlated display:Pn and TT, Gs, PAR showed a positive correlation, with Q, showed a negative correlation, Tr and Gs, PAR showed positive correlation with Cj and RH showed negative correlation. The CO2 concentration is lower in the noon but higher in morning and night, water-using efficiency showed higher overall sambong curve. Research on photosynthesis-light response curves and curves of photosynthesis-CO2 of Shanxi Wild Bermudagrass concluded that Shanxi Wild Bermudagrass light compensation point LCP is 89.23 μmol·m-2·s-1, the apparent quantum efficiency is 0.031, light saturation point LSP is 1702.13 μmol·m-2·s-1, CO2 compensation point is 12.16 μmol·m-2·s-1, carboxylation efficiency is 0.187. As a typical C4 turfgrasses, Shanxi wild bermudagrass has higher carbon sequestration efficiency. |
