Abstract; In this study, citrate soluble potassium was used as the raw materials to the development of potash fertilizer, and the pot experiment was carried out to research the application effect of potassium fertilizer on the soil of reclamation. The conclusions were as follows:(1)、The inorganic mixed fertilizer with total nutrient content more than 26%, which fitted the the requirements of 15063-2009 GB was produced using citrate soluble potassium and inorganic phosphorus as raw materials.(2)、The soluble potassium and available potassium contents in the treatments of inorganic potassium mixed fertilizer and potassium chloride were significantly higher than those of citrate soluble potassium application. The available potassium contents with the maximum rate increased by 12.01 mg·kg-1 and 10.67 mg·kg-1, respectively.(3)、The effective potassium, slow-available potassium and total potassium content were increased by the application of inorganic potassium mixed fertilizer and citrate soluble potassium fertilizer, compared with the potassium chloride application, effective potassium contents, slow-available potassium contents and total potassium content of inorganic potassium mixed fertilizer application and citrate soluble potassium fertilizer with the maximum increased by 45.79 mg·kg-1(26.49%) and 66.44 mg·kg-1(38.44%),88.24 mg·kg-1(10.78%) and 164.46 mg·kg-1(20.09%), and 0.31g·kg-1 (1.68%) and 0.68g· kg-1 (3.70%), respectively.(4)、The soil alkaline phosphates was influenced by the different application of potash fertilizer. The highest alkaline phosphates activity (0.52 mg·g-1·24h-1) was observed in the treatment of citrate soluble potassium with maximum rate. The soil alkaline phosphates activity was 0.50mg-1·g-1 ·24h-1 in the treatment of inorganic potassium mixed fertilizer. The highest soil urease activity was found in the treatment of inorganic potassium mixed fertilizer with maximum rate and the value was 0.34 mg · g-1 · 24h-1. The soil urease activity was 0.30 mg·g-1·24h-1 in the treatment of potassium chloride. The highest soil invertase activity was found in the treatment of citrate soluble potassium with maximum rate and the value was 0.34 mg·g-1·24h-1. The soil urease activity was 0.30 mg·g-1·24h-1 in the treatment of inorganic potassium mixed fertilizer. The lowest alkaline phosphates and invertase activity were observed in treatments of potassium chloride, and the lowest urease activity was observed in treatment of citrate soluble potassium.(5)、The results of rape biomass in two seasons showed that:the maximum rape biomass were observed in the treatments of inorganic potassium mixed fertilizer and potassium chloride, and the values were 19.02g·plant-1 in and 19.06g· plant-1 in the first season and 15.70g·plant-1 in and 15.53g·plant-1 in the second season, respectively.(6)、The contents of chlorophyll, soluble protein and reducing sugar in rapes were clearly increased with the application of potassium fertilizers. Rape quality with the application of inorganic potassium mixed fertilizer and potassium chloride were better than those of citrate soluble potassium application.(7)、The results of total potassium content of rapes in two seasons showed that:the maximum rape total potassium were observed in the treatments of inorganic potassium mixed fertilizer and potassium chloride, and the values were 4.03% and 4.09% in the first season and 3.54%3.58% in the second season, respectively.
