In order to solve the problem that the root senescence and the decrease of the activity of potassium in the soil, the absorption capacity of potassium in soil and the available potassium level in flue-cured tobacco were lower.In this experiment, Pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and water soluble potassium fertilizer combined application on Root Traits and the distribution of potassium accumulation in tobacco plant,Meanwhile,In order to determine the optimal proportion of the citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and water soluble potassium fertilizer and the best application mode of the citrate soluble potassium fertilizer, To provide a theoretical basis for the development of new-type potassium fertilizer for tobacco.Field experiments were conducted to study ratio of distribution of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and water soluble potassium fertilizer and fertilizer topdressing citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and woody peat. The main findings are as follows:In the pot experiment with citrate soluble potassium fertilizer could promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco roots and better than the single application of potassium sulfate and potassium fertilizer.The combined application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and potassium sulfate fertilizer could promote the absorption and distribution of potassium in tobacco plant,The three part leaf potassium, phosphorus content than single application of potassium sulfate fertilizer can improve the maximum 7.60%, 23.24% and 39.95%.The distribution of potassium in tobacco plant is more reasonable,At the same time, the combined application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and potassium sulfate had a certain promotion effect on Agronomic Characters of Flue-cured Tobacco,The treatment effect was best with 75% citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and 25% Water soluble potash fertilizer.The application of potassium sulfate and potassium fertilizer with citrate soluble potassium fertilizer was beneficial to the tobacco plant height, maximum leaf length, maximum leaf width and maximum leaf area of flue-cured tobacco in field growing period.Citrate soluble potassium fertilizer combined with potassium sulfate could effectively promote the accumulation of dry matter in root, stem and leaf of tobacco plan.The promotion effect of the total sugar and reducing sugar of the lower leaf and upper part leaf was 50% citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and 50% water soluble potassium fertilizer and the effect of the promotion of the total sugar and reducing sugar in the middle part of the roast was the best 75% water soluble potassium fertilizer with 25% citrate soluble potassium fertilizer.Citrate soluble potassium fertilizer with potassium fertilizer can significantly improve the potassium content of tobacco leaves in upper, middle and lower three parts.The application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer could reduce the total nitrogen content of flue-cured tobacco leaves,the greater proportion of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer was beneficial to improve the content of nicotine in the lower leaf and citrate soluble potassium fertilizer was beneficial to decrease nicotine content in middle and upper leaves.Citrate soluble potassium fertilizer combined with potassium sulfate had significant effect on reducing the chlorine content in the upper, middle and lower parts of three parts and was beneficial to increase the proportion of high quality tobacco in the flue-cured tobacco, increase the yield and average price of flue-cured tobacco, thus increasing the output value.Citrate soluble potassium fertilizer application and with application of woody peat can effectively improve the agronomic traits of the tobacco plant, was conducive to the improvement of flue cured tobacco in late tobacco plant high, maximum leaf length, maximum leaf width and maximum leaf area agronomic traits, while the effective leaf number improve not obviously.Citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and the combined application of woody peat could effectively promote the dry matter accumulation of root, stem and leaf, and the accumulation of potassium in the roots, stems and leaves.The application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and woody peat could increase the total sugar, reducing sugar and potassium content of flue-cured tobacco leaves, and reduce the total nitrogen and chlorine content of flue-cured tobacco leaves, which was beneficial to improve the coordination of the internal chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves.The application of citrate soluble potassium fertilizer and the combined application of woody peat had a positive effect on increasing the proportion and yield of high quality tobacco in the flue-cured tobacco.
