This study focused on the fungi of Cordyceps militaris (1. ex Fr) Link, a famous traditional Chinese edible and medicinal mushroom. It contained cordycepin, cordyceps polysaccharide, cordyceps acid and various bioactive substances, and it was a kind of rare medicinal fungi food, had antifungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-fatigue, anti-aging and enhance the immune pharmacological efficacy. Cordyceps militaris and Chinese Caterpillar fungus belonged to the same genus, it had been the best substitute of cordyceps sinensisin since Chinese caterpillar fungus increasingly scarced today, with this more and more people had pay attention on it. At present, although the technique of artificial cultivation of cordyceps militaris system was quite mature, the use of the strain was very chaos. The problems were usually found on production, for example, strain degeneration, no grass, low yield, and so on. So for the cordyceps militaris strains research and breeding was very necessary. Through the screening good strains of cordyceps militaris, species, breeding of high yield and fruit body of cordyceps militaris industrialization provided quality resources.In this paper, started from cordyceps militaris asexual spores and sexual spore, respectively used conidium ultraviolet mutagenesis mycelium and fruit body ascospore matching hybrid breed good strains, obtain the main results were as follows:(1)The mycelium conidium Ultraviolet mutagenic breeding. To cultivate with YC-1 strain, based on the mycelium cant conidium separation, reuse of ultraviolet mutagenesis method of dealing with the separation of spores, early screening for survival strains 4 traits of strains were good strains. Further breeding by genetic stability experiments to obtain the best strain J - 8, fresh weight, on average,42.82 g for its entity than the control group increased by 20.4%, its weight was 9.81 g, the moisture content was 77.1%,Chinese caterpillar fungus polysaccharide content was 3.89%, cordycepincontent was 0.76%, out of the grass early cost 11d, to 8 cm long, on average only cost 32 d.(2)The fruiting body ascospore matching hybrid breeding. To cultivate with YC-1 strain, mature fruit body was obtained by the training, an entity ascospore for 10 single spore isolated from single spore colonies, matching, a total of 55 matches, the screen that can grow fruit body matched at the beginning of the 21, further 2 strains were obtained through the complex screen best strains bred strains Z-4-5and Z-2-3 For Z-2-3, weight of its fruiting body fresh was 42.36 g,19.12% than the control group,weight of the dry was 9.70 g, Chinese caterpillar fungus polysaccharide content wass 3.75%, the content of cordycepin is 0.76%, grow up the grass just needed 11 d,8 cm growth only need 32 d; For Z-4-5, the weight of its fruit body fresh was 43.18 g,21.4% than the control group, the dry weight was 9.93 g, Chinese caterpillar fungus polysaccharide content was 3.56%, the content of cordycepin was 0.79%, completely turned color time cost 3 d in advance, growed up the grass cost just 12 d,8 cm growth only needed 32 d.
