High voltage corona electric field can effected the mutation of Cordyceps militaris.The colouring effect of mutagenesis strains is the best and distinctest at 9kV 5 min, while with the illumination, the mutagenesis strains have no chance of turning colour at 5kV 10min. Then we put these bacterial strains into the artificial cultivate of fruit-body cultivation by means of nutrient medium of rice, wheat, corn, oat and so on, and pick up the liquid and solid nutrient medium which fit the growing of North cordyceps fruiting body. According to the record of cultivating time,9kV and 5min are the best parameters. While the unsuccessfully colouring mutagenic bacterial strains do not send forth sporocarp. And according to test proteinase activity and amylase activity of mutagenic bacterial strain, it can be concluded that enzymatic activity is the biggest when the parameters are 9kV 5min and the smallest when the parameters are 5kV 10min. The enzymatic activity of mutagenic bacterial strains without processed by electric field are in-betweenness of above two.
