In this paper, by using the design of new attractant reasonably, Investigate make the plenty of agricultural byproduct Xinjiang(straw) apply to the horse breeding industry, as well as the development of Xinjiang characteristic horse industry’s key technology, AIM is to provide a scientific basis about the exploitation of equine roughage and the development of new feed-control agent. For the study of the horse’s flavoring agent and Physiology attractant rarely reported. Especially on the variation of different attractant for horse serum feeding-related regulatory factors temporarily blank. This experimental design four different smell and taste for the Colts straw treatment(test 1), as cited Proglumide as the Physiology attractant added foals fed diets quantitatively(test 2). Aim to explore the effects of different type of floavor attractant agents and Proglumide respectively on Colts straw feed, growth performance and feeding regulatory factors in the serum.Test 1: take a single factor randomized experimental design, selected 25 healthy 17-month disease-free, body condition and close intake Ili horse filly were randomly divided into five treatment groups(n = 5), namely the control group, sweetener, corn deodorant group, frankincense agent group, cantaloupe deodorant group. Control group was fed the basal diet, different flavors treatment groups, respectively, after the straw roughage diet by feeding attractant treatment. Pre-trial stage 7 d, test period 30 d. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the whole test period, frankincense agent and flavoring agent group colt corn straw intake were significantly and dramatically increase 7.60%(P<0.01) and 5.15%(P <0.05), while Cantaloupe deodorant group significantly reduced 10.44%(P<0.01), there was no significant difference in the sweetener group and the control group(P>0.05); 1 h after the test the first 15 d and 30 d of food, compared with the control group, frankincense agent and corn flavor enhancer serum NPY group were significantly increased(P<0.05), cantaloupe flavor enhancer serum of 5-HT was significantly increased(P<0.05), frankincense and corn deodorant agents in serum GABA levels were significantly increased(P<0.05), compared to serum in each group had no significant difference CCK and LEP content with the control group(P>0.05). In summary, the corn flavor enhancer and frankincense agents could significantly improve the Ili Colts straw intake, and cantaloupe flavoring agents significantly inhibited the straw intake Ili Colts; corn flavoring and frankincense agents could significantly improve the horse Ju content neuropeptide Y and γ- aminobutyric acid in the serum, and cantaloupe deodorant makes foal serum serotonin tryptophan content was significantly reduced; inferred preferences foal to smell, taste intake is high, The mechanism may be by increasing the level of animals neuropeptide Y and γ-aminobutyric acid in the regulation of animal feed, while the Colts are more averse to the taste of food intake is low, probably by increasing serum 5- foal hydroxy tryptophan content to suppress their feed.Test two: take a single factor randomized experimental design, select 20 healthy 17-month-old disease, body condition and close intake Ili horse filly were randomly divided into four treatment groups of five, the control group was fed basal diet, test Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group were added 500,1000,1500 mg / kg Proglumide basal diet. Pre-trial stage 7 d, test period 30 d. The results showed that, compared with the control group, the experimental group Ⅱ Colts straw intake test 1 to 15 days significantly increased(P<0.05), serum cholecystokinin(CCK) content and γ- aminobutyric acid( GABA) content were significantly reduced after the test conducted 15 d and increased(P<0.05); compared with the control group, the experimental group Ⅲ Colts straw intake and weight gain in the whole test period were significantly increased(P<0.05), serum CCK content in trials to significantly lower after 15 d(P<0.01), 30 d after significantly lower(P<0.05), serum GABA levels in the test whole period were significantly increased(P<0.05); compared with the control group, the experimental group of foals body size index and serum neuropeptide Y(NPY), 5- hydroxytryptamine(5-HT), leptin(LEP) content were not significantly different(P> 0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplementation 1500 mg / kg Proglumide, can significantly improve the Colts straw intake, body weight gain effective promotion of the Colts, improve growth performance and significantly reduce serum cholecystokinin content, significantly increased Serum γ-aminobutyric acid content, suggesting its mechanism may be by reducing levels of cholecystokinin in vivo regulation of animal feed, and with the regulatory pathways related γ- aminobutyric acid.
