The temperatures vary with the altitude, the altitudes above sea level is low 100 meters as the temperatures is fall 0.6 degrees, so the difference of temperature was large with different altitudes, the seed vigor varied with the temperature during seed maturation and different altitudes and in different harvest date. The potential yield and growth of high seed vigor had advantage, therefore, to determine the different varieties harvested at different altitudes to increase the seed vigor was very important. The experiment was conducted to effect of different varieties and different altitudes with different harvest on seed vigor of spring wheat with "XinChun 30, XinChun 26, XinChun 34, XinChun 11" and to obtain relationship with different harvest and different altitudes and different aging treatment of seed. Our objective was to study optimum harvest date and seed production areas for high vigor seed. The main results of this test were as follows:1. The seed vigor of different spring wheat varied with different elevation, the seed vigor with high altitude was more than that of low altitude. The seed vigor of XinChun 34 was higher than that of other three varieties and The seed vigor of XinChun 26 was low than that of other three varieties in two altitude.2. The seed vigor of four spring wheat varieties was increased with increasing maturity, along with. The highest Seed vigor at different altitudes with Xinchun 34 and XinChun 11 were 35 days after flowering. The highest Seed vigor at low altitude with Xinchun 30 and XinChun 26 were 30 days after flowering, these were at 35 days after flowering at high altitude.3. The vigor index, germination index, germination potential, seedling fresh weight, dry weight were significant downward trend with increasing artificial aging time spring at different altitudes. The seedling germination index was not significant decline at 2d of artificial aging, that was significant decline in aging 4d.4. The accumulation and transfer of dry matter were differences at different altitude with spring wheat. The of dry matter accumulation of stem, leaf sheath, panicle for spring wheat varieties at high altitude were higher than that of low altitude from flowering to maturity, so the higher grain yield of spring wheat was in high altitude. There were significantly correlated with the seed vigor and dry matter for seed distribution ratio, dry matter accumulation after flowering and yield in spring wheat.
