| Jujube fruit shrink and Grape root cancer are the two most important diseases on fruit production,and caused serious economic loss in Xinjiang. At present, two diseases have become the limiting factors of Grape and Jujube industry sustainable and healthy development, and have a tendency to further spread.Under the premise of system of quantitative analysis, the adaptive prediction and risk assessment of two kinds of diseases has been carried out base on occurred situation( occurring distribution, pathogenesis regularity, infection regularity etc.) in Xinjiang. The multi-index comprehensive evaluation method, and the GARP prediction model were used for optimal adaptive area analysis and risk assessment of two kinds of diseases. At the same time, aimed at the three strains of crown gall diseases, bacteriostatic circle experiment has been carried out by filter paper wafers drug screening experiment. Main results are as follows:(1) In Xinjiang, the optimal growing area prediction and risk assessment results of the jujube fruit shrink disease showed that Altai mountain, Tianshan mountains, the Kunlun mountains, Zhun Ge Er basin,and Tarim basin is not optimal adaptive areas for jujube fruit disease; Located in the north slope of Tianshan mountain foothill, southern of Kunlun mountains and Hami district, four state and scope of oasis, and parts of Ili are optimal adaptive areas for jujube fruit disease. Among them, the main optimal adaptive areas is four-state of southern Xinjiang, the risk R value was 1.52, belong to moderate risk.(2) In Xinjiang, the optimal adaptive area prediction and risk assessment results of the crown gall disease showed that whole Xinjiang existed optimal adaptive areas for crown gall disease, among them,optimal adaptive areas mainly located in southern-xinjiang, including part countries(city) of Aksu, Kashi,Hetan and Kueler, and in northern-xinjiang, including part countried of Changji, Turpan; In south-eastern in Bazhou and northern-xinjiang in addition to the part of Changji and Turpan is not optimal adaptive areas,the risk R value was 1.25, belong to low risk.(3) The drug screening results show that the bacteriostatic effects veterinary streptomycin(1 million units) was the optial drug in the 14 species. The bacteria could not grow under the concentration of 0.04mg/l(40 parts per million(PPM), and the bacteriostatic rings were the largest in diameter(more than 7 cm,close to a dish); The bacteriostatic effects of other five drugs is relatively good, they are50% :Chlorobromoisocyanaria Acid, 68.75% famoxadone, 50% quinoline, 1% in raw rhzomorph and 75%chlorothalonil, and all of the diameters of bacteriostatic circle were above more than 4 cm; However, in the field test of three drugs, three methods were used, respectively, the experiment results show that 50%Chlorobromoisocyanaria Acid has obviously effects in two prevention methods of coated cutting tumor treatment and injection. The inhibition rate of rate was 76.74% and 76.74% respectively, and could cause part tumor death, and it was the best drug of 3 kinds of drugs; In comparison experiment of coated cutting tumor, drug injection and drip treatment, the traditional coated cutting tumor treatment is still the best way to controlGrape root cancer. |
