With the development of economic and social, Through the adjustment of Nature Reserve Ribbon to ensure the rationality and effectiveness of the partition function of nature reserve, increase the protection and management level and improve the conservation value, it has a very important practical significance.This study was combined the adjustment of reserve ribbon in Zhanjiang Mangrove National Nature Reserve in Guangdong Province, which was on the basis of analysis of domestic and international natural protective function zoning and some relevant information. On the basis of the situation of Zhanjiang Mangrove National Nature Reserve in Guangdong Province, point out its problems, try to adopt quantitative analysis tools to confirm the necessity of the adjustment and evaluate; It also raises the adjusted guidelines of protected areas, principles and bases,in order to study the scope of proposed adjustment programs, benefit analysis, supporting policies and measures, etc; Finally, This study combined the contrast analysis before and after adjustment, established an adjustment program evaluation factors and evaluation sets, appraised in several aspects, such as the main object of protection, resources and environment, management and protection work of protected area, local economy, adjusted consolidated of nature reserve,which determined the feasibility of this scheme.
