Study On The Indoor Hydroponic Technology Plant

To screen the kind of hydroponic plants which can purify indoor air, this study uses 16 kinds of purifying plants as materials, and screen and evaluate Hydroponics flower which live in still hydroponics environment firstly, then on this basis, In 3 herbs (Chlorophytum comosum(Thunb.)Baker.Alocasia macrorrhiza、Epipremnum aureum) and 3 woody plants (Schefflera octophylla (Lour.) Harms、Pachira macrocarpa、Dracaena angustifolia) as material, By using the method of orthogonal design on the impact of the 6 kinds of plant roots to take root in the 3 factors (root, matrix type, hormone concentration) and 3 factors (root induced by light, aeration time and nutrient solution) to optimize the test at the 3 level.At last, it compares the physiological property of plants which live in the soli culture environment and hydroponics environment in order to reveal the adapting mechanism of plants.Main study results as following:I For the sake of the growth, the survival rate and the root growth of these 16 kinds of hydroponic plants, which can be divided into three parts such as the better growth plants: Aloe vera var.chinensis (Haw.) Berg、Dracaena angustifolia,、Pachira macrocarpa、 Chlorophytum comosum (Thunb.) Baker.,、Schefflera octophylla (Lour.) Harms、 Epipremnum aureum,、Monstera deliciosa、Sansevieria trifasciata Prain,、Clivia miniata、 Alocasia macrorrhiza,、Spathiphyllum kochii, the general growth plants:Golden barrel、 Jasminum sambac (L.)Ait.,and the worse growth plants:Hedera nepalensis var. sinensis (Tobl.) Rehd,、Rosa chinensis Jacq.、Fagraea ceilanica.II The root promoting results of hydroponic plants indicates that different plants react differently to the root pruning, the nutrition of the matrix and the physical characteristics have a large effect on plant establishment and the rooting agent can promote the rooting.Herbaceous flower:for Alocasia macrorrhiza, the average root number is 27, the average root length is 24.67cm, the optimum condition of rooting is "perlite-all root pruning-250mg"; for Chlorophytum comosum (Thunb.) Baker, the average root number is 28, the average root length is 13.33cm, the optimum condition of rooting is "perlite-no root pruning-500mg"; for Epipremnum aureum, the average root number is 35.67, the average root length is 8.5cm, the optimum condition of rooting is "peat soli-1/2 root pruning-500mg". Woody flower:for Dracaena angustifolia, the average root number is 27.67, the average root length is 14.5cm, the optimum condition of rooting is "sand-1/2 root pruning-250mg"; for Pachira macrocarpa, the average root number is 36, the average root length is 5cm, the optimum condition of rooting is "perlite-all root pruning-250mg"; for Schefflera octophylla (Lour.) Harms, the average root number is 35.67, the average root length is 5.33cm, the optimum condition of rooting is "peat soli-no root pruning-250mg".III The root inducation results of hydroponic plants indicates that different nutrient solution, the methods of shading and aeration time all have large effects on plants.Herbaceous flower:for Alocasia macrorrhiza, the average root number is 20.67, the average root length is 34.5cm, the optimum condition of root indication is "Hoagland’s-10h/d aeration-no shading"; for Chlorophytum comosum (Thunb.) Baker., the average root number is 29.67, the average root length is 10.61cm, the optimum condition of root indication is "water-no aeration-no shading"; for Epipremnum aureum, the average root number is 50, the average root length is 37cm, the optimum condition of rooting is "water-no aeration-no shading". Woody flower:for Dracaena angustifolia, the average root number is 33.5, the average root length is 17cm, the optimum condition of root indication is "water-no aeration-no shading"; for Pachira macrocarpa, the average root number is 66.67, the average root length is 6.5cm, the optimum condition of root indication is "water-10h/d aeration-all shading"; for Schefflera octophylla (Lour.) Harms, the average root number is 83.33, the average root length is 17cm, the optimum condition of root indicaiton is "Japanese original test solution-5h/d aeration-no shading".IV The comparison of the physiological property between soil culture plants and hydroponic plants indicates that the hydroponic environment has a marked impact on the physiological property of plants.After water planting, the proline content of Dracaena angustifolia has lowered, but the proline content of the other five kinds of plants have increased in various degrees, and which of Schefflera octophylla (Lour.) Harms have increased the most.The MDA content of Alocasia macrorrhiza and Chlorophytum comosum (Thunb.) Baker.increased by 0.116 umol/g and 0.021 umol/g respectively, the content of the other four decreased with different degrees.The SOD activity of Dracaena angustifolia decreased 0.15u/g, which of the other five increased with different degrees.The reduction intensity of the root tetrazolium of all the six plants in the hydroponic environment has increased, which indicates that the root vigour of hydroponic plants will be larger in the adversity.In contrast, the root vigour of Pachira macrocarpa has the greatest change, the root vigour of Schefflera octophylla (Lour.) Harms has the least change.The results of root slicing experiment indicate that the roots of soli culture are compact. After hydroponic, the plants grow adventitious roots with parenchymatous tissue, aquatic roots own developed aerenchyma.
