Genetic Variation Of Biomass And Carbon Storage And Superivor Provenance Selection Of Fraxinus Mandshurica Provenance

With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, the quality of the environment is the focus of our attention, and the forest ecosystem is the main part of terrestrial ecosystem in China, so the forest carbon sequestration and forest biomass and carbon storage estimation plays a key role. Fraxinus mandshurica is one of the main tree species in the northeast of China, is also an important afforestation tree species. The provenance test plantation of Fraxinus mandshurica were studied in this paper is located in Lushuihe Forestry Bureau in Jilin Province, including 20 provenance, the amount of growth, biomass and carbon storage of test and analysis, draw conclusions that:(1) The height, DBH and volume of Fraxinus mandshurica provenance have abundant genetic variation, Hailin provenance and zhanhe provenance have quite large coefficient of variation,The DBH of zhanhe provenance have quite large coefficient of variation, provenance of the largest volume coefficient of variation is zhanhe provenance. The results of variance analysis showed that:Fraxinus mandshurica of 3 provenance of growth traits reach outstanging standard.We have select for provenance of the fastest growth is Huanan provenance and Dailing provenance.(2) There are abundant genetic variations in biomass Fraxinus mandshurica from various provenance, the biomass of Maoershan provenance have large coefficient of variation,the analysis of variance show that significant difference among provenances, the largest biomass provenance is the Dailing provenance, the biomass reached 7507g.(3) There are abundant genetic variations of the carbon content from 20 provenances Fraxinus mandshurica the larger coefficient variation of plant carbon source was the Maoershan provenance and Hailin provenance. Variance analysis show that the differences between the various resources were significantly, the largest plant carbon source was Maoershan provenance have the largest carbon storage in 20 provenances,it is reached 64.44g.(4) Correlation analysis showed that the tree height, diameter at breast height, volume were increased with longitude, latitude and gradually increase.Plant biomass and longitude correlation significantly, and increased with the increase of longitude. Plant carbon content and longitude correlation significantly, and increased with the longitude.(5) Through the analysis of stem volume, biomass, carbon content of the results we choose quite better provenance of Huanan provenance and dialing provenance.
