Purpose:With the expansion of the scale of domestic animal breeding, the amount of animal manure increased accordingly, produced a large number of livestock and poultry dung nots allow to ignore, how to deal with more secure, efficient livestock and poultry manure by people more and more attention. This experiment adopts the method of biological treatment of livestock and poultry dung, aims to explore the most suitable for the worms, the best combination mode of growth, reproduction and the combination of the most efficient treatment of animal manure and provide reference for the efficient utilization of livestock and poultry dung.Methods:Poultry and animal feces of pre-fermentation experiments:taking fresh cow manure, pig manure and chicken manure as main Ingredient, while mushroom residue, straw as the supplementary material, using CM bacteria fermentation processing, design of experiment for6different combinations. Preliminary fermentation time for20days, through to the temperature, moisture content, pH value, crude ash, crude protein, crude fiber, the change of these metrics such as seed germination index to evaluate the rotten degree of feed. By comparing and analysising the above index to identify the best combination of fermentation.Earthworm cultivation experiment:The above feed after fermentation of6kinds of bait for earthworm cultivation experiment, weekly statistical earthworm weight, band appear time and the number of loop cocoon production index on1-10weeks, Collecting each basic material used for the determination of organic matter, crude protein, production of cocoon number continues to statistics from10weeks to18weeks.By comparing the above index analysis to evaluate the influence of different bait combination of earthworm growth, reproduction and conversion rates for bait, finally draft out the best combination.Result:Poultry and animal feces of pre-fermentation experiments:In addition to the group1(blank group), other groups of fermentation temperature in high temperature fermentation temperature standard;Between groups of calorific value has been reduced, group2, group6and5fall of calorific value content, the biggest fall of contents of4calorific value and the minimum;Groups also had different degree of degradation of crude fibre, three groups of the fiber content of the degradation rate is as high as43.58%;Each treatment group of crude ash content of the whole is on the rise, but the group4growth of11.34%;After the fermentation, the crude protein content of each group were also present a different degree of increase, including4, group2crude protein content increased by5.41%,4.57%respectively.Between groups in terms of germination index, the initial germination index between20%~20%, after high temperature fermentation, each final germination index rose to more than80%, reached the safety standard, but the group4highest germination index is98.53%;After the preliminary fermentation of groups of pH value between8.60~8.83;Between groups in germination index were80%;Eventually mixed raw material is dark brown, no smell, texture soft, viscous.Earthworm cultivation experiment:Earthworm breeding test after the weight of the heaviest is a group of earthworm weight5(584.06±12.34mg), followed by group4(528.95±30.37mg);The length of the loop is a group of4to7.93cm, longest group5loop length is7.75cm group is slightly lower than4;Group1-5band time is5weeks, and set a band6time is6weeks;The cocoon production period the average weekly number of cocoon production top group is5,11.6/week, followed by group6,4, respectively, per week,7.79.0/week, no significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05).Bait after dealing with the earthworm decomposition of10weeks, the bait has the highest conversion efficiency of the organic matter is a group of4to28.03%of the group;The bait protein has the highest efficiency in the group of4to14.95%.Conclusion:Poultry and animal feces of pre-fermentation experiments show that the set of4pre-fermentation processing effect is best.Earthworm breeding experiments show that the group5(60%cow dung+20%pig manure+20%mushroom residue+0.5%CM agents) for the growth of earthworm characters (including earthworm weight and body length of earthworm), reproductive traits, including band produce the amount of time and cocoon production) are better than any other combination, therefore group5is most suitable for as the bait of earthworms.And on the basis of an analysis of the treatment of animal manure, set of4(60%cow manure+10%pig manure+10%chicken manure+20%straw+0.5%CM agents) decomposition rate of organic matter, crude protein is superior to the other combination, the group most conducive to livestock and poultry dung decomposition.
