Pot-cultured studies on the effects of mixed salt-alkaline stress on flue-tobacco.Simulate different saline environment with NaCl and NaHCO3 as raw materials.Salt concentrations are 0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%.Utilize 2 main flue-cured tobacco varieties Jiyan 9 and Jiyan 10in northeastern region by pot experiment. Detect physiological and biochemical indices, agronomic traits, chemical composition and other relevant indicators throughout the growing period which lay the foundation for the further study about salt tolerance mechanism of flue-cured tobacco and provide a theoretical basis for the future of more effective development of soil salinization.The results showed that:With the increasing concentration of mixed salt solution,the chlorophyll content of tobacco decreased;The. activity of SOD,POD and CAT increased firstly and then declined under mixed salt-alkaline stress,reached a maximum at a concentration of 0.6%;The content of MDA increased and reached a maximum at a concentration of 1%;The content of Pro and soluble sugar increased firstly and then declined. Both of them reached a maximum at a concentration of 0.6%.The content of K+decreased with increasing concentration of mixed salt solution,The content of Na+ increased significantly. It showed that resisting index of flue-cured tobacco was very sensitive with salt-alkaline stress.Salinization stress on growth of tobacco. The agronomic traits of two varieties which are maximum leaf length, max leaf width, height girth, the number of leaves and shoot ratio declined with the increasing concentration of mixed salt solution.In the chemical ingredients after baking of the three parts of two flue-cured tobacco varieties,the content of total nitrogen,nicotine and protein which are nitrogen compounds decreased with increasing concentration of mixed salt solution;The content of reducing sugar, total sugar and starch which are carbohydrates increased.
