AbstractPot and field experiments were conducted to study amount of potassium application in relation to AM fungi efficiency, to study the effect of AM fungi on growing and production of flue-cured tobacco under different potassium applied amount, to study the effect of AM fungi on the chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco, to study the effect of AM fungi potassium accumulation, distribution and tobacco leaves potassium content of flue-cured tobacco. On the basis of the studies, to delve further into mechanism of AM fungi influence on potassium absorption of flue-cured tobacco. It 's very important that the efficient preparation of AMF will be developed and using of chemical fertilizer will be reduced, the sound growing of tobacco will be promoted. The main results were got as follow:It's showed that AM fungi and tobacco can form symbioses efficiently. The content of available potassium in soil affect the formation and development of symbioses between AM fungi and tobacco directly. When potassium application is 0.375~1.125gk2o/kg soil in Lou soil, AM fungi infection and symbioses will get the best results, and infection rate can reach 74.0% (pot experiments), and 49.0% (field experiments). So the results showed that application of AM fungi inoculation seeding technique is an effective ways on enhancing its infection. At The suitable potassium levels , AM fungi application can increase the activities of tobacco roots, enhance photosynthetic efficiency. The activities of SOD and POD is improved, anti-reversibility of tobacco is enhanced, and growth of tobacco is promoted. The yield of tobacco leaves is increased, and quality of leaves is improved, and the potassium content in tobacco is enhanced. The inoculation of AM fungi can increase host-plant yield, but it should be under the best combination relations between AM fungi and amount of potassium application. The difference of dry leaves weight among different position of same plant under the different amount of potassium and AM fungi application(p<0.01), but it is complicated in different combination. Different potassium and AM fungi application have a significant influence to the chemical composition contents of total plant and different position leaves. The field experiments results show that the yield of tobacco is enhanced, when inoculation with AM fungi comparing with the check., but the result is different under the different potassium application levels. When potassium application is 4.5kgk2o/mu, the yield can get the highest per plant, the yield is higher than the 9kgk2o/mu, the check. AM fungi application can enhance the output value and high quality leaf percentage. But it is depend on different soil fertility and AM fungi adaptation. The inoculation of AM fungi can change chemical composition, can increase total sugar, reducing sugar, tobacco nicotine, potassium and phosphorus. It can enhance Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn content, the ration of sugar to protein as well as sugar to alkali, it can reduce nitrogen, protein content, and the ration of nitrogen to alkali, but it enhances accumulation of nitrogen and protein in tobacco. Inoculation treatment combined with 0.75gk2o/kg soil potassium application can get the best result of leaf chemical composition, it is same with the result of no AM fungi inoculation and 1.5gk2o/kg soil. So at low potassium levels, AM fungi is beneficial for high quality production.K-application and AM fungi on the tobacco leaves dry weight and the content of chemical composition in various leaf position. The combination of middle k-application and AM fungi increase the plant yield, per mu yield, per mu output value and the ration of high-class tobacco. The accumulation and distribution of potassium in tobacco have relation to AMF.Potassium application and AM fungi inoculation have significant influence to potassium accumulation and distribution, the difference potassium content among different growing period and different leaf position is obviously(p<0.01). The different combination of AM fungi inoculati...
