Study On Shoot Cutting Reproduction And Reasonable Fertilization At Seedling Stage Of Vaccinium Uliginosum Linn.

Vaccinium uliginosum Linn, because of its rich nutritional value、medicinal value and commercial potential, which has broad prospects for development and utilization. At present, which could be propagated by seeds、cuttings、tissue culture and so on, cuttage breeding method was as an important kind, which could be used as a supplement of other modes of reproduction. This study takes one、biennial seedlings of Changbai Mountain Vaccinium uliginosum Linn, as materials, which supplement and optimization the cuttage propagation techniques of Vaccinium uliginosum Linn, on the kinds of matrix 、hormone、treatment concentrations 、methods and analysis methods, Vaccinium uliginosum Linn. seedlings grew slowly, and few reports on fertilization, we preliminarily explored the fertilization measures of Vaccinium uliginosum Linn, seedlings. The results were as follows:1、The rooting quality and rate was the highest in the peat soil, which reached 90% and 0.98, followed was the peat soil:perlite (6:1), the rooting rate was 83.3%, rooting quality was 0.94.2、Soaking the softwood cuttings of Vaccinium uliginosum Linn. with the low concentration of auxin, the rooting rate and quality that treated which were all significant higher than control, when the concentration of IBA was 200mg-L"’, the rooting rate was the highest, was 66.6%, the rooting quality was the highest, which was 0.99; Quick dipping the softwood cuttings of Vaccinium uliginosum Linn, with a high concentration of auxin, when the concentration of NAA was 1000 mg·L-1, the rooting rate was the highest, which was 76.6%, treated with 500 mg·L-1 rooting powder, rooting quality was the most significant, which was 0.91; In the production, 500 mg·L-1 is recommended as the rooting agent, the rooting effect is good, and the cost is lower.3、Spraying different concentrations of Wood vinegar and Youcong fertilizer on the leaves which could promote the growth of Vaccinium uliginosum Linn. Seedlings,the effects of spraying 400 times wood vinegar on seedling height and the number of leaves were most significant, presented better growth potential; then the most suitable concentration of Youcong fertilizer was 800 times.4、Using 3414 experimental design, according to the calculation that showed fertilization measures of Vaccinium uliginosum Linn. seedling were:the application of pure N,83-90 kg-ha-1, the application of pure P2O5,14-21 kg·ha-1, the application of pure K2O,3-6 kg·ha-1, seedling height is.greater than or equal to 12cm; the contribution rate of factor of nitrogen was the largest, contribution rate of phosphorus factor was slightly lower than the contribution of nitrogen, the factor of potassium was the minimum.
