In order to study the impact of climate change on the millet production in Shouyang County, meteorological data and millet production data during 1993 to 2012 were analyzed. The results showed that:(1) From the data during 1993 to 2012 we can see that, the average duration of sunshine was 898.9h and the sunshine hours increased as 10.11h/years in Millet growth period. Cumulative temperature (10℃ or higher) during the period of Millet fertility was with a mean of 2538.86℃, and the variation coefficient was 6.06%, the change keeps smoothly. The average temperature was 19.02℃,it showed a trend of increased with the years. The average rainfall in Millet growth period was 380.41mm, the variation coefficient was 13.40%.(2) The average precipitation in millet seedling dates is 17.5mm, and the coefficient of variation was 78.58%. The average precipitation from seedling dates to jointing stage is 6.77mm, and the coefficient of variation was 94.13%,it showed a decreasing trend. The average precipitation from jointing stage to heading stage is 105.05mm, the precipitation variation fluctuates around the average, there’s no obvious change. The Precipitation from jointing stage to heading stage was decline at a rate of 3.6661 mm/year. While the precipitation from the heading dates to maturation period was rising at rate of.8.3724 mm/year(3) From the view of different soil moisture, Variation in 0-10cm is larger than others, the soil moisture in 10-20cm has a higher content. From the crop in different periods of soil moisture we can see that.there is larger fluctuation in the seedling stage, the seedling stage and jointing stage, the heading stage performs steady; while the soil moisture content in grain filling stage was increased.(4) Growing period of millet is determined by both genetic and environmental, the average grow-th of Jin Gu 21 in Shouyang area was for a period of 131 days. Analysis on Millet growing period during 1993 to 2012 we can see that, millet growth period was shortening at a trend of 0.66 days/year. The sowing dates of millet in Shouyang was fluctuated between May 22nd and June 2nd, all of them can be mature, so, from May 22nd to June 2nd was the suit period for local millet sowing. Millet is grown on average of 19 May. The average time required for emergence is 10 days, the average time required for sowing to jointing stage is 54 days, the average millet sowing to heading time is 79 days, the coefficient of variation was 7.02%. Judging from the trend curve, sowing to heading there to shorten the time trend.(5) Jin Gu 21 in Shouyang County average yield is 4683.41 kg/hm2, yield overall performance is rising, The overall performance is the upward trend in production, Meteorological factors affect-ing yield correlation analysis, correlation and yield the greatest precipitation millet grain filling stage. In 1993-2012, the millet husks Valley rate showed a downward trend, from the data analysis, the rate of precipitation of millet husks and filling stage of the valley was a significant negative correlation, the correlation coefficient was -0.60. Grain weight showed an increasing trend, but little change. Stem heavy downward trend, showing an increasing trend of economic factors.
