The method of packing and ensiling was applied to the experiment, Ensiling corn stalk was supplemented with different amounts of cellulase and xylanase. The fermentation time and the optimum amounts of supplemented cellulase and xylanase was selected from the silage samples that were collected and analyzed at 10,30,50 days. Then the digestibility and effects of 4 different silage groups (add the optimum cellulase group, add the optimum xylanase group, mixture group, control group) on rumen was evaluated through CNCPS system and DFCCS.Then the optimum group was selected. The experiment consists of 3 following parts:1. Silage process under laboratory conditions was applied to the naturally dried and crushed corn stalk with different supplementary amounts of cellulase group (Adding:0,5,10,15,20,25,30ECU/g), xylanase group (adding:0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30IU/g). Each treatment had triplicated groups. Data of NH3-N, pH value, lactate, conventional nutrient, etc were analyzed at 10,30,50 day under normal temperature of ensiling. Results showed that the effects of different supplementary amounts of cellulase, xylanase on NH3-N/TN, NDF were significantly different (P<0.05), pH value decreased and LA increased as the supplementary amounts of cellulase and xylanase increased. NDF had the tendency of decrease, and ADF was no significant difference among groups (P> 0.05). In sum of sensory evaluation and all data above, the optimum supplementary amount of cellulase and xylanase was 20 ECU/g (DM) and 0.2 1U/g (DM), the optimum fermentation time was 30 days.2. Corn stalk was ensiled into 4 groupsxellulase group (20ECU/g), xylanase group (0.2IU/g), mixture ofcellulase (20ECU/g) and xylanase (0.2IU/g) group and control. Silage samples were collected and analyzed after 30 days at normal temperature. Evaluation. Results were turned out that:the values of NH3-N/TN、LA of each treatment was significantly different, but no difference was pH value. Values of LA, CP, PB1 CB1 CC of mixture treatment was highest, The second and third ones were the treatment of cellulose and xylan, the lowest value is from control. Therefore, mixture of these two enzymes has the best results, followed by cellulose and xylan. The control is lowest.3. Divided into four groups:group A (cellulase straw pellet group), group B (xylanase straw pellet group), group AB (enzyme mixture of straw pellet group) and group C (control group). By using DFCCS dual flow dynamic rumen culture system, test simulating rumen fermentation processing of A, B, AB, C four groups, evaluate its effect on rumen fermentation in vitro. The results show that:the change of pH value in the four groups was not significant (P>0.05), A, B, AB group, the apparent digestibility and total acid were higher than that of the control group were higher, AB group was the highest, followed by group A, group B was the lowest.
