This experiment with gold leaf thyme, broadleaf thyme thyme, France three thyme as experimental material, adopt single factor randomized block design, and set up four kinds of light intensity processing: processing 1:80% shade, handle known 2:50% shade, handle known 3:30% shade, handle known 4:were. The experiment studied the three thyme in jinzhong city, Shanxi Province. Under different shading include plant height, internode and leaf length, leaf width, leaf area and dry weight, leaf weight ratio, stem weight ratio and root weight ratio, chlorophyll content, MDA, soluble protein and SOD enzyme activity. For screening the most suitable for jinzhong area,shanxi forests planted thyme growing to provide reliable basis.The results show that the three varieties of thyme were different in comparing at shade degrees; Plant height is characterized by with increasing degree of shade, the late processing, phnom penh thyme plant height: mild moderate:severe=1:1.2:1.3:1.4, thyme of France is difference, and increased with the shade increasing degree, broadleaf thyme under the shade of plant height increase by about 1/3 than control; Internode of plant, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area with shade time and degree increases. At the end of the experiment, the measured phnom penh thyme under the light shade internode length about 4.5 times for contrast, moderate shading conditions for 9 times as long as contrast, severe under the shade of 15 times as long as that one. French thyme under different shade internode length ratio is:control, mild:moderate:severe= 1:4:3:3.5. Broadleaf thyme light shade change was not significant, peduncle moderate shade is about 2 times, under heavy shade under 1.3 times for comparison. Leaf length, phnom penh thyme under mild and severe shade about 25% more than the control, under the severe was about 1.4 times the contrast; French thyme under mild compared with increased by 50%, increased by 75% under moderate, severe than the contrast values under small; Broadleaf thyme under mild and contrast again, under the moderate shade increased by 15%, heavy shade under control value is small. Trend of changes in width and leaf length, the same amplitude is not obvious. All processing under the shade of leaf area ratio between different, phnom penh in light shade the comparison of the leaf area under the conditions of less than 2 times, moderate about 2 times, and severe is greater than 2 times; French thyme leaf area under mild shade as the controlled less than 3 times, moderate about 3 times, and severe than 3 times; Broadleaf thyme again under the light shade leaf area and contrast, under the moderate shade for 2 times, under the heavy shade smaller than control.Each type of plant biomass were falling, but in the proportion of root, stem and leaf is different, in general root weight ratio with light intensity weaken a downward trend, the stem weight ratio and leaf weight ratio is on the rise. Plant protection enzyme content in different organs of plants of present laws, the blade first to respond to external stimuli, then a lateral branch, main branch, the last is the roots. MDA content in different shade processing conditions are decreases with the increase of shade intensity, three types of thyme shade moderate and severe degree decline rate significantly. Are SOD content does not change significantly with the strength of the shade. Unit leaf area of three thyme soluble protein content reduced along with the weakening of light intensity.
