Eperythrozoon suis is by Eperythrozoon adhered on the surface of red blood cells of human, animal, blood plasma and bone marrow of a hemolytic anemia, jaundice, fever, diarrhea, hematocrit, hemoglobin concentration decreased, decreased white cells increased as the main characteristics of zoonsuis. In order to confirm the artemisinin and blbrclam on porcine eperythrozoonosis curative effect, the experiment is based on the establishment of porcine eperythrozoonosis in Kunming mice animal model, artemisinin and blbrclam are respectively provided high (40mg/Kg), middle (20 mg/Kg), low (10 mg/Kg) three dose groups at the same time, set the benil group, positivegroup and negative control group, the group, intraperitoneal administration andintragastric administration way, by using blood pressure drop, the blood specimen smear staining and PCR method for detection of drug efficacy. The results in this experiment 45 Kunming mice, compared with benil group, after treatment of artemisinin in high dose group and high dose group were blbrclam has good curative effect, the infection rate of artemisinin in high dose groupdecreased from 82% to 0%,blbrclam high dose group decreased from 84% to 0%.In the study of artemisinin and blbrclam optimal dose of Kunming mice Eperythrozoon therapy has better effect on the tested clinical therapeutic effect of body animal Landrace piglets. The test results show that artemisinin 40mg/Kg and blbrclaml lkg mixing 500kg oral administration of Eperythrozoonosis in swine have good treatment effect, infection rate decreased from 81% to 2% and decreased from 84% to 1%, considered from the practical, blbrclam more suitable for popularization of blood.
