This paper was aim to quantitative expression levels at MSTN/Smad signaling pathway genes at new kazak lamb and 6 month kazak lamb different tissues(heart, liver,spleen, lung, intestine, kidney, fat, semimembranosus, semitendinosus, biceps femoris, triceps femoris, longissimus dorsi) and the quantitative expression at 1-6months muscle and fat tissue at Kazak lamb by fluorescent Relative quantification, correlation analysis the expression level of MSTN and the growth indexes in 1-6 months muscle and correlation analysis the expression level of MSTN with Smad3, Smad4, Smad7, TGFBR1, TGFBR2. Exploration the differentialy expression at MSTN genes in different growth stages and organizations. Provide basic information for the study at the MSTN gene expression pathways and Expression Pattern. Provide biological materials for Kazakh lamb breeding. The results at this test are as follows:(1) The MSTN expression law of 12 kinds of tissues at new and 6 month kazak lambThe MSTN gene expression in fat was significantly higher than that at muscle and visceral tissues(P <0.05) at new Kazak lamb, The expression in the heart significantly higher than that muscle tissues and spleen, intestines, lungs, kidneys(P <0.05). The MSTN gene expression in muscle tissue at 6 month was significantly higher than other muscle tissues and organs other than the liver.(2) The Smads expression law of 12 kinds of tissues at new and 6 month kazak lambThe Smad3 gene expression in spleen, kidney, fat at new and 6 month was significantly higher than that muscle tissues(P<0.05), and semimembranosus, semitendinosus, biceps femoris, triceps femoris have low expression level.The Smad4 gene expression in fat was the highest at new and 6 month of kazak lamb. Each visceral tissue and fat were higher than that at muscle tissue at new and 6 month of kazak lamb.The Smad7 expression at new and 6 month kazak lamb, each visceral expression were higher than the expression in muscle tissue. The Smad7 expression in fat was higher at 6 month, but lower at new kazak lamb.(3) The TGFBR1, TGFBR2 expression law of 12 kinds of tissues at new and 6 month kazak lambThe TGFBR1 expression in fat was higher at new and at 6 month kazak lamb. Each muscle expression was lower than fat and visceral at new and6 months kazak lamb. The TGFBR2 expression in fat was significant higher than other tissues(P<0.05). The liver and kidney expression was significant higher than other tissues apart from fat at new and 6 month kazak lamb(P<0.05).(4) The MSTN expression law in muscle and fat at 1-6monthsIn 1-6 months muscle experiments: MSTN expression was the highest at 5 months. 1, 2, 4 months expression were significant higher than 6 month(P<0.05).In 1-6 months fat experiments: the MSTN expression in 6 month was highest, the 1, 2, 3, 4 months have not significant difference(P>0.05), the expression was the lowest at 5 month.(5) The Smads expression law in muscle and fat at 1-6monthsIn 1-6 months muscle experiments: Smad3 and Smad4 gene expression were highest at 2 month, and lowest at 1 month. Smad3 expression at 3, 5 months were higher than that at 1, 4 month(P<0.05). Smad4 gene expression at 2, 6 months were higher than that 1, 3, 4 months(P<0.05).Smad7 gene expression was the highest at 5 month, was lowest at 1 month, the other months have not significant difference(P>0.05).In 1-6 months fat experiments: Smad3 expression at 1, 5 months were low. Smad4 gene expression at 6 month were significant higher than that 2, 3, 4 months(P<0.05). Smad7 expression at 5, 6 months were significant higher than that 1, 2, 4 months(P<0.05).(6) The TGFBR1, TGFBR2 expression law in muscle and fat at 1-6monthsIn 1-6 months muscle experiments: TGFBR1 gene expression was the highest at 5 month, was the lowest at 6 month, the 1, 2, 3, 4 months have not significant difference(P>0.05). TGFBR2 gene expression at 3, 5 months were significant higher than 2, 4, 6 months(P<0.05), the expression at 1, 2, 4, 6 months were not significant difference(P>0.05). TGFBR2 gene expression was lowest at 4 month.In 1-6 months fat experiments : TGFBR1 gene expression was the highest at 5 months, the expression at 2, 3, 4 months were significant lower than that 1, 5 months(P<0.05), the expression at 6 month was lowest. TGFBR2 gene expression was the highest at 2 month, was higher than that at 1, 3, 4 months. The lowest was at 4 month.(7) Correlation analysis results:MSTN was significant negatively correlated with body length, was negatively correlated with weight and bust. MSTN was significant positive correlated with Smad3, the correlation coefficient was 0.535, and was weak correlation with Smad4, Smad7. MSTN was significant positive correlated with TGFBR1, TGFBR2, the correlation coefficient was 0.517 and 0.480.
