| As jujube have high nutritional values and can offer a variety of economic benefits, jujube are widely planted in Xinjiang. However, due to the lack of scientific guidance in the fertilization of soil, chemical fertilizers are being overused and the yield of jujubes does not increase in fact. More than that, land fertility and ecological security have been severely affected. Therefore, developing microbiological fertilizer,improving soil fertility and maintaining ecological balance are the issues that require prompt solution.In this paper, phosphate-solubilizing and potassium bacteria are provided by the Microbiology Lab of Forestry Research Institution of Xinjiang Agricultural University. The activity of the bacteria is tested, and experiments on optimized combination of those bacteria are carried out, through which the effective combinations are determined preliminarily. And the paper further studies the effectiveness of the bacteria fertilizers in fields. The results are listed as follows:1. Twenty rhizosphere functional bacteria are selected and put into three groups: P13 and P15; P4 and P8; K3 and K7. The bacteria can be mixed together without producing antagonistic effects. 120 days after that, the number of viable bacteria in the composite bacteria declines and pollution.2. The composite bacteria have significant effects on the nutrients in the rhizosphere soils of the Jujube. During the growing periods, the soil nutrients increase obviously in the fruit period. P13P8K3 has the highest available N, which is 24.74 mg more than CK; P15P8K3 has the highest available P, which is14.12 mg more than CK; P13P4K3 and P15P4K3 exhibit a rapid increase of available K, the contents of which are 42.67% and 39.43% higher than CK; the contents of organic materials in the soils do not show an obvious difference with CK; in the fruit maturation period, P13P4K3 and P15P8K7 show an obvious decrease in p H to 7.54, while CK is 7.82.3. The influence of the composite bacteria on the quantity of microorganism in rhizosphere soils of jujube is shown as follows:P13P4K3 and P13P8K3 have obviously larger quantity of bacteria than that in CK; the quantity of fungi in the soils is 1.40% to 28.77% less than CK; the quantity of total microorganism changes in the same manner with that of bacteria. According to the composite scores in principal component analysis, the combinations of bacteria fertilizers are ranked P13P8K3> P15P8K3> P15P4K3>P13P4K3> P13P4K7> P15P4K7> P13P8K7> P15P8K7> CK.4. The composite bacteria can affect the quality of Jujube. P13P4K3 has the highest total sugar;P15P4K3 and P15P8K7 show the biggest increase in total acid, which takes up 28.19% and 33.14%respectively; P13P4K7 has the highest Vc, which is 314.61 mg/100 g; P15P4K7 has the highest protein,which is 4.16% higher than the CK; P15P4K3 has the highest c AMP, which is 57.94 μg/g, and presents the highest ration of c AMP to c GMP, which is 3.81; P15P4K7 has the highest c GMP, which is 15.87 μg/g. |
