In order to clarify the application effect of plant growth regulator in production of Korla fragrant pear, the 20 a Korla fragrant pear were took as test materials, carried out the spraying experiment of Korla fragrant pear with different plant growth regulators in a period of growing year, studied the effects on index of leaves’ growing, the characters and element of fruits, and yield of Korla fragrant pear under different plant growth regulators. The results showed that:1. Compared with the control treatment without spraying any reagent, it could increase the many kinds of physiological growth index of Korla Pear leaves, In terms of improving the leaves thickness and the chlorophyll content, the effect of spraying PP333 was better than spraying PBO and Sodium nitrophenolate, the effect of spraying PP333 300 mg/kg was more remarkable, this treament can improve photosynthesis better than others. In the aspects of increasing the leaf area index and net photosynthetic rate of Korla fragrant pear, the effect of spraying Sodium nitrophenolate 4000 times was more remarkable. In the aspects of increasing the content of total N,P,K in leaves, the effect of Sodium nitrophenolate was better than others, the treament of Sodium nitrophenolate 6000 times can improve total N better than others, the treament of Sodium nitrophenolate 4000 times could improve total P,K better than others. The treament of PBO 300 times could improve available Fe,Mn,Cu in leaves better than others.2. These could increase the fruit setting rate of Korla fragrant pear to spray the plant growth regulator PBO, PP333 and Sodium nitrophenolate, the best treament is PBO 300 times reagent, it could increase 8.84% compared with the control treatment without spraying any reagent. and these plant growth regulator could both increase fruit expansion and reduce fruit stalk length, fruit shape index, to promote the stability of fruit, the effect show that: PP333>PBO>Sodium nitrophenolate, the PP333 400 mg/kg was the most remarkable. In the aspects of increasing the single fruit weight, the effect show that: Sodium nitrophenolate>PBO>PP333, the Sodium nitrophenolate 5000 times was the most remarkable, it could increase 17.22 % compared with the control treatment without spraying any reagent, and the result was better than PBO slightly. In the aspects of increasing the yield, due to the PBO 300 times was more remarkable in increasing the fruit setting rate, it is the best to increase yield 63.41 % compared with the control treatment under spraying PBO 300 times.3. These plant growth regulators could reduce the pericarp thickness, ftuit hardness, total acid of fruit, and increase calyx dropping fruit rate, flush fruit rate, reducing sugar content and vitamin C, the best program is PBO 300 times reagent. it could reduce the pericarp thickness 26.44%, ftuit hardness13.42%, total acid of fruit31.3% and it could increase flush fruit rate 42.01%, calyx dropping fruit rate 38.97%, reducing sugar content 22.22% compared with the control treatment without spraying any reagent; These plant growth regulators could increase microelement content Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn of fruit, it was the best to increase the content of Ca、Mg under spraying respectively Sodium nitrophenolate 3000,4000 times. It was the best to increase the content of Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn under spraying PBO 300 times, the effect was more remarkable.
