Study On High-yield Seed Production Technology Of Super Hybrid Rice Wufengyou T025 And Other Double-season Hybrid Rice

In this experiment with the parents of four hybrid rice Wufengyou T025,Taiyou 398,Shenyou 109 and Rongyou 286 as experimental material, observe growing and flowering characters, research on row ratio, density and dose of "920", and research on the seed quantity of the female parent direct planting of Wufengyou T025 and Taiyougan 3. The experiment analyse seed production characteristics of Wufengyou T025, provide a technical foundation for yielding hybrid rice seed production. The main findings are as follows:1. The main growing and flowering characters of Wufengyou T025 and othe double-season hybrid rice.The duration from seeding to heading of Wufeng A, Taifeng A, Shen 95 A and Rongfeng A were 64 days,72 days,73days and 59days. The leaf numbers of them were 13.9 pieces,14 pieces,14.6 pieces and 12.9pieces. The flowering date of them ware 13.8 days,14.0 days,14.6 days and 12.2 days. And full blooming period could continue 3~4 days. Blooming time mainly focused on 9:00-13:00. The rate of exserted stigma ware 80.1%,61.3%,78.1%,80.7%.The stigma vitality can maintain 7-8 days. And the coefficient of stigma vitality of Wufeng A was 2.17, which was the highest.The duration from seeding to heading of Changhui T025, R398, R1029, R286 ware 75 days,73 days,83 days and 59 days. The leaf numbers of them were 15.3 pieces,14.5 pieces,16.5 pieces and 12.2 pieces. The plant flowering period was 12 days,14days,14.8days and 12days, and full bloom period could continue 3-4days. The next day after the flower appear peak. Flowering time was mainly in 10:00-12:00.Index of Flowers Meeting (IFM) of the parents of the hybrid combinations Wufengyou T025 was 0.83, which reached the ideal flowering meeting. The outcrossing rate of Wufengyou T025 was the highest in the four corss combinations.The outcrossing performance of Wufengyou T025 was better than other three hybrids. We could determine that the sowing time difference of autumn seed production was 13 days., and the difference of leaf was about4 leaves.2. The Parental Characteristics Survey of female direct seeding of Wufengyou T025 and Taiyougan 3The seed quantity of direct planting and transplanting of Wufeng A and Taifeng A was 2.0Kg/mu. The leaf numbers of direct planting ware 13.6 pieces,15.3 pieces, and which of transplant female ware 14 pieces,15.7 pieces. The duration from seeding to heading of direct seeding of the female parent ware 71 days and 83 days, and transplanting the female parent ware 74 days,87 days. The number of total leaf of direct seeding female was more than 0.4 pieces of transplanting methods. But the duration from seeding to heading of direct seeding female were shouter 3-4 days than transplanting female. The seed quantity of direct planting were 2.0Kg/mu, the higest average seed setting rate of Wufeng A and Taigfeng A by direct planted were 31.9%、31.7%, and the yield per mu were 153.8Kg/mu、158.6Kgmu. and which of them were 30.1%、28.3% by transplanted, and the yield per mu were 147.3K、135.1 Kg. The best seed quantity of female direct planting of Wufeng A and Taiyou A were 2.0~2.25Kg/mu,1.75~2.0Kg/mu.4. The key technology of seed production of Wufengou T025The difference of leaf age of autumn seed production of Wufengyou T025 was 4 pieces. The sowing time difference of autumn seed production was 13 days. "920" was sprayed by two days in the female heading. The dose was 28g/mu. The best row ratio of the parents of Wufengyou T025 was 2:14, and the best compartments width was 269.4 cm. The female planting density was 4×6 inch.The seed quantity of female direct planting was 2.0-2.25Kg/mu. The sowing time difference of spring seed production of female direct planting of Wufengyou T025 was adjusted 24 days, which was conducive to flowering meet. Controling weed were made method by chemical, ecological and manual weeding. Prevent lodging live was another key technology of seed production. The period of spraying "920" was earing to 15~20% by the next day spray casting.
