In this direct planting seed production test, designed to test with five kinds of seed quantity on female parent of T You 118,Fengyuanyou 299,Y liangyonglhao. And to in the middle of seed quantity of direct by seedling transplanting as the control, Study of the quantity on the impact of growth period, flowering dynamics and grain structure; the control of live female parent lodging of hybrid rice seed production, the chemical control agents"Li Feng ling", "MET" as experimental materials, was used to study on the control down effect of hybrid rice in female parent direct seed production of T You 300; harvest female parent seeds in different days after the ending stage of flowering in the female parent of Y liangyonglhao live and transplanting seed quantity are 2.0 kg/667m2 experimental field, to study seed quality of the female parent live seed, while Search of the optimal harvesting time for the hybrid rice seed production. The main findings are as follows:1 Female parent with the same kind of volume, the days from seeding to heading of hybrid rice the parents of direct planting was shorter than transplanting 2-4d. group calendar heading and flowering duration shorter than the transplanted, the peak of the day heading rate, flowering rate higher than the transplanted, will conducive to meet with the male parent flowering stage.2 Female parent with the same kind of volume, the direct planting density per unit area, spike differentiation tillering stage and seedling stageⅠtoⅡnumber of panicles ware higher than transplanting female parent; per panicle, grains per panicle number ware lower than the transplanted female parent, seed transplanting diseased kernel was higher than the female parent.3, the direct planting of female parent of T You 118 combined with the kind of capacity 2.5kg per mu is more appropriate, the direct planting of female parent of Fengyuanyou 299 combined with the kind of capacity 2.75~3.0 kg per mu is more appropriate, the direct planting of female parent ofY liangyou 1 hao combined with the kind of capacity 2.0kg per mu is more appropriate.4, Spraying "Li Feng Ling" 1 bag per mu in the different leaf age of the T98A,when spraying in the leaf stage of 10.1, it can shorten the plant internode, and dwarf plant height of 5.8 cm compared with the control, and have little effect on single panicle,grains,seed setting rate,seed production yields, it have practical application value.5, In the 11.1 leaves,using with different dosage of "Li Feng Spirit" in T98A, it is show that spraying "Lifengling" 2 package per mu,can shorter 5.3 cm plant height than the control; and have little effect on single panicle,grains,seed production yields, it have practical application value.6, In the 9.1 leaves, spraying "MET" 150g per mu in T98A, plant height was shorter 6.0 cm than the control, but ear length was shorter than the control, grain number per panicle,grains,seed setting rate ware reducted,is had a certain influence for yield of seed production.7, The appropriate harvest period of Y liangyou 1 hao seed is 14-19d after the ending stage of female parent flowering, the seed has matured fully during this period, seeds in the green rice and yellow rice is less, and the highest grain weight of seeds. Seed germination characteristics, POD activity ware higher than the seeds when the before harvest and the after harvest, the conductivity was less than the seeds when the before harvest and the after harvest, this stage the vigor of the seed is high.
