In order to have a better performance diesel engine,diesel engine needs to be strengthened and intensified can cause a number of serious consequences, optimize engine water jacket cooling water conditions on the movement strengthened diesel engine working conditions have a good effect. Engine block water jacket also been the focus of particular concern to the researchers diesel.But the engine block is cast out of the water jacket, the shape and very complex, it is difficult to state the actual flow of body fluids and comprehensive monitoring of field trials.With the improvement of computer performance enhancements and computational fluid dynamics software features, national researchers tend to study the state of the internal combustion engine fluid flow system using CFD analysis methods for the design of high-performance internal combustion engines to improve the new tools.In this paper, the use of three-dimensional modeling software CATIA for 4110 series diesel engines, using top-down modeling approach creates composite air frame geometry;Using the finite element software ANSYS ICEM CFD water jacket on the body were meshed using CFX for engine block water jacket cooling system simulation and optimization, and optimal results with the actual operation of diesel engine test data were compared and analyzed;Through the analysis of three-dimensional numerical simulation of the original diesel engine research and test results found design flaws of the original machine, and then propose measures for improvement of the structure of the improved numerical simulation again.The numerical results show that the improved flow and cooling water jacket body fluid has been optimized, the body bolts at the cooling tower to accelerate sub-ribs, making each cylinder diesel engine cooling more uniform,improved durability, but also solved due to the body between each cylinder cooling water can not flow with each other and lead to excessive heat caused by burning oil cylinder combustion problems.
