As a result of big torsion?economical performance,diesel engine are widely used by farm machinery. Along with tri-agriculture policy implementation and the f arm machinery subsidy benefit, the non-road diesel obtains unprecedented development like harvester, the rotary cultivator, the rice transplanter and so on. However,the non-road diesel engine compares with the vehicle diesel engine to be bad with working conditions, for example the harvester ea sily cause sundry goods jamming diesel engine radiation ventilators and so on straw st alk in the field work, causes the cooling s ystem working temperature to be high, af fects the diesel engine working perform ance. Under high temperature condition, diesel e ngine'performance imminently researched to the diesel engine cooling water temperature.we research the diesel engine cooling water relevant parameter as well as the diesel engine performance under high temperature condition of the diesel engine cooling water, the research has provided the important empirical date for the ag ricultural equipment development, has provided the powerful s upport for our country mechanization of agriculture development. The diesel engine cooling system affects directly the engine performance, the cooling system nam ely must guarantee the engine water tem perature cannot excessively to be low, excessively low can cause the burning not full power waste serious and intensifies the engine spare part attrition, affects the engine seriously the reliability. The engine work temper ature cannot cause hyperpyrexia, causes the engine heat load oversized not to be able excessively high the ef fective work. The agricultural equipment working conditions ba d very easy to cause the refrigerant hyperpyrexia even to achieve boils the condition.This article take 498 diesel engines as the object of study, through test of the gantry research cooling water temperature to the e ngine quantity of heat distributed rule and the influence factor. In this experim ent, through the gantry the cooling water constant temperature installment establish cooling water inlet temperature for 90?, 95 ?and 100?; The diesel engine rotational speed starts from 1050r/min, increases progressively by 150r/min, until 2400r/min up to; Diesel engine load from 10% start, by 10% increasing, until full load cl osure.This article studies mainly has two aspects, first under high water inlet tem perature diesel e ngine rotational speed certain and load change, load certain an d rotational speed chang e, studies the diesel engine to cool the hydraulic pressure, the current capacity, the temperature change situation; The second studies the diesel engine its therm al distribution situation and ca rries on the contrast analysis under above co ndition. Using the laboratory data acquire m odule to the d ata, analyzes under high the water tem perature the diesel engine correlation perform ance, and proposed the corresponding optimization suggestion, provides the fundamental data for the diesel engine research and improvement.This article main research work is as follows:(1) build the heat balance system gantry and carries on the debugging.(2) test heat balance system through the gantry.(3) set up the inlet water tem perature, the rotationa l speed and the load, gathers the diesel engine cooling water data:pressure, temperature, flux.(4) research diesel engine condition of heat distribution and oil consum ption under this situation.(5) use comparison to analyse the difference of pressure? temperature? flux of diesel engine cool water and the therm al distribution in water inlet tem perature 90?, 95 ?and 100? three kind of situations.
