In this study, Pinus sylvestris,Ailanthus altissima of saw timber was used as raw material to heat treatment.Composition and relative content of Volatile organic compounds was analyzed by GC-MS,Provide a theoretical basis for control processing technology and emission standards of VOC. The size of saw timber was 30cm×10cm×5cm,30cm×10cm×2cm and 15cm×10cm×2cm.The temperature conditions was 120℃,140℃,160℃,180℃,200℃,220℃.Heat preservation for 2h at each sampling point temperature,then sampling is done in 5 min.Suction air by atmospheric sampler during the sampling, made the volatile organic stream through spherical condenser tube after adsorption with adsorption, composition and relative content of Volatile organic compounds was analyzed by GC-MS, the conclusions made by follow:(1) Within the scope of this study, different thickness of Pinus sylvestris,Ailanthus altissima of wood sawmills,In the thermal modification process condensed volatile organic compounds,Its main components are the same in the category,The main components of condensed liquid collected in the process of heat treatment was Organic acids, phenols, aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, But the changes of relative content have different characteristics.The main components of adsorbed collected in the process of heat treatment was terpenes, aldehydes, benzene, alcohols, ketones and hydrocarbons, but differences existed in the relative content of each component between the two species, which could be seen from the changes of relative content and peak.(2)During the heating treatment of Ailanthus altissima,when the heat treatment temperature is the same, with the increase of heat treatment time,more and more kinds of organic compounds released except 180 ℃and 220℃,With the increase of temperature,the common compounds of three time periods was reduce gradually,the common compounds of three time periods of six different temperature was 47,26,23, 20,8,24.., each time will have its unique material;...
