Tongyu county is located in the northwest of Jilin province, south of Baicheng city, as rainfall is less, evaporation is more in the region, it is not enough to meet the farmland irrigation needs of the area only depengding on precipitation. Therefore, artificial irrigation become the main way of agricultural irrigation in the study area, Base on uneven precipitation distribution the lack of water resources, present low utilization efficiency of water resources situation in the study area,, Dry field efficient water-saving irrigation project is put forward in Tongyu county. Base on designing of water supply engineering, the first engineering, pipeline engineering, earthwork, drainage engineering, a dropper system under membrane was arranged. Formulate irrigation system, and design four typical area, thus calculating the hydraulic system of the typical area, designing the first engineering, and choosing plastic mulch and shop equipment, obtain irrigation plan for your study area. The dry field efficient water-saving irrigation research results are as follows:1) The dryland efficient water-saving irrigation projects of tongyu countycan make the crop root around form a low salt area, and good to seedling survival and crop growth, besides, it can prevent secondary salinization of the soil, alleviate the high soil salinity impact on crops in the western.2) The direction of the project design, construction and operation is high efficient and water saving, the membrane dropper is relatively good irrigation water-saving irrigation. Using membrane under drip irrigation can save 54.3% water than flooding irrigation, reducing the deep seepage caused by inefficient irrigation mode, therefore, the membrane under drip irrigation is very good mode for efficient farmland irrigation.3) Adopting the method of applying fertilizer, the pesticide with the water can greatly reduce the farmland homework workforce and improve the efficiency of the farmland irrigation, the irrigation development is in the direction of mechanized and efficient.4) Film under irrigation save chemical fertilizers and pesticides, reducing the excessive application of pesticide, chemical fertilizer pollution to the soil and environment, it can save 25~30% of fertilizer, reduce the leakage of the water, and also reduce the leaching loss of strong transfering nitrogen, phosphorus and other nutrients, lower the pollution of groundwater environment.5) Tongyu county dry field efficient water-saving irrigation project construction period still exists in the unfavorable factors influencing the environment, but take the necessary protective measures in the implementation process, can reduce impact to minimum. And the implementation of the project can save water, improve soil environment, maintaining the agricultural ecosystem, it is a better solution to ease water, whether from the perspective of environmental protection, or the view point of sustainable development, the project is feasible.
