Heavy metal pollution of farmland is one of the major environmental problems facing our country, especially vegetable growing areas of cadmium, arsenic contamination problem is particularly prominent. This study take pot experiment, rapeseed(Brassica campestris) as the research object,Calcium magnesium phosphate(P representatives,at a concentration of 0.5 and 1g/kg), Silicon(S representatives,at a concentration of 0.5 and 1g/kg) and red Mud(C representatives,at a concentration of2.5 and 5g/kg) for the root zone soil conditioner material, Sodium silicate(LS representatives,at a concentration of 0.5 and 2.0mmol/L) and Sodium selenite(LX representatives,at a concentration of 0.5 and 2.0mmol/L) for the foliage conditioning materials to study the effect of cadmium and arsenic uptake on root zone conditioning, foliage conditioning, root zone and foliage conditioning joint conditioning of rapeseed, combining heavy metal content in soil solution, the reaction of MDA, SOD,POD, CAT, APX and other physiological indicators of rapeseed, in order to explore and analyze the efficient mode of absorption and related mechanisms of resistance control vegetable cadmium, arsenic. The main result was as follows:1,Comparison between root zone and foliage conditioning and separate root zone conditioning and foliage conditioning, conditioning and different foliage and foliage of different root zone under joint regulatory process, rapeseed normal growth and development, there was no significant difference in the biomass, indicating Rape with a higher tolerance on Cd, As.2.Root and leaf joint conditioning have a synergistic effect to resistance control cadmium, arsenic absorption of the rapeseed leaves. The typical resistance to cadmium treatment(drop) include: C2LS1(47.0%), S2LX2(44.1%), P2LX2(42.5%),(34.4%). Part of treatment of the Cd content decreased of rape roots, part of the As content appeared rise or fall.As part of the lower portion of the increased. Soil solution Cd content is lower than the control and As content is higher than the control.S1LX2(36.8%), S2LX1(35.0%), P1LS1(34.7%), C2LS2(34.1%), P2LX1(33.6%),C2LX1(31.9%), S1LS1(31.7%). The typical resistance to arsenic treatment(drop)include: P1LX2(40.2%), S1LS2(35.7%), P2LX1(34.6%), S1LX2(34.6%), P1LX13. Compared with the control, the concentration of MDA is lower as a whole, and the treatment of root zone with leaf is lower than the individual root zone or foliage conditioning. The activity of SOD improve in the overall, the Partial treatment POD and CAT activity decreased, part of the APX activity of the treatment appeared rise or fall.Root zone and leaf joint control is more favorable to enhance resistance and reduce rapeseed heavy metal poisoning.4. Only root zone and leaf joint control can achieve standards of Cd content in edible parts of vegetables(fresh weight), typical treatment have C2LS1, S2LX2,P2LX2, S1LX2, S2LX1, P1LS1, C2LS2, P2LX1. Joint regulation to reduce the arsenic content of 20% absorption has P1LX1, P1LX2, P2LS1, P2LX1, P2LX2,S1LS1, S1LS2, S1LX1, S1LX2, S2LX2, C1LX1, C2LS1, C2LS2, C2LX1 and C2LX2. Overall, the root zone and leaf joint conditioning has a significant effect to ensure vegetable quality and safety of agricultural products.
