Corn is one of China's important food crops, and has planted throughout the country. China's annual planted area is about 26.97 million hectares, and the output of corn stalks is more than 600 million tons. At present, our country's corn harvest has gradually entered the era of mechanized operations, in recent years china has developed many and varied function corn harvester, however, with a stalk conditioning function of the machine has not yet.Based on the need of extending stalk conditioning function on the corn harvester, a new type of stalk recycling corn combine harvester has been developed by the agriculture engineering department of Henan University of Science & Technology. The aircraft is equipped with horizontal and transverse harvesting device and stalk conditioning equipment, It can achieve that after harvesting, Condition like fracturing in postharvest corn stalks by the stalk conditioning equipment, So that the moisture content of corn stalks fall rapidly, in order to recycle the corn stalks earlier, open the land and sow the wheat.This article has taken the harvesting equipment and stalk conditioning equipment of this Stalk Recycling Corn Combine Harvester as research object, On the basis of market research, access to a lot of literature, design and manufacture a corn harvesting and stalk conditioning equipment test bed, take the Shendan-16 varieties of corn stalks with a spike in Luoyang area as pilot materials, and used the orthogonal testing method and the double factor testing method separately to carry on the experiment, obtained the quality of the test devices within the scope of the optimal parameter combination about harvesting equipment and stalk conditioning equipment. The test result indicated that:Harvesting device in the horizontal of conveyor belt speed of 3.5m / s, Snapping roll gap of 12mm, Snapping roller speed of 4.0m / s, the experimental index of the combined effect is better; When the roll gap is 2mm, the conditioning effect is an ideal one, while the conditioning roller speed swap qualitative effect is not significant. This study concludes can provide an experimental basis for the design of stalk recycling corn combine harvester.
