The study did the qualitative and quantitative analysis usd AHP and Delphi methods and built the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system and evaluation model for pond culture. Meanwhile we evaluated four different pond aquaculture pattern in order to provide important try for comprehensive benefit evaluation. The main results were as follows:1 Build the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system for pond cultureIn this study, we viewed the comprehensive benefit of pond culture as a goal, and broke it up into three different parts, economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit, then decomposed the three indicators into more detailed indicators. We choosed fourteen indicators as follows, productive value, investment, profits, input-output ratio, water use efficiency, internal environment, aquaculture water discharging, the strength of fishery drugs used, protein contribution, the amount of labor input per mu, the amount of labor input per cost of ten thousand yuan, labor income and energy dissipation per ten thousand yuan income.2 Build the comprehensive benefit evaluation model for pond cultureWe used Delphi method to evaluate the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system above, the effectiveness coefficient (β) of this index system was 0.095, less than the critical value 0.2, the reliability coefficient (p) of the expert evaluation was 0.837, the result showed that this index system meet the requirement. We built pairwise judgment matrix used AHP and Delphi methods and computed the weight, then performed a consistency check for this matrix. The results showed that, CR1=0.005、CR2=0.0061、CR3=0.0152、CR4=0.0044, they all less than the critical value 0.1 and proved the matrix was satisfactory. We collected the raw data by field investigation and questionnaire and processed these data used extremum method. then we used the linear weighted method to analyse all the fourteen indicators to construct the comprehensive benefit evaluation model.3 We evaluated the comprehensive benefit of the four different pond culture patternThe results showed that, for the comprehensive benefit, the order of the four pond culture pattern from largest to smallest was the pond culture of Penaeus vannmei, the pond culture of Apostichopus japonicus, the polyculture of shrimp and crab, the pond culture of Fenneropenaeus chinensis. For the economic benefit, the order of the four pond culture pattern from largest to smallest was the pond culture of Apostichopus japonicus, the polyculture of shrimp and crab, the pond culture of Penaeus vannmei, the pond culture of Fenneropenaeus chinensis. From the respect of ecological benefit, the order of the four pond culture pattern from largest to smallest was the pond culture of Penaeus vannmei, the polyculture of shrimp and crab, the pond culture of Fenneropenaeus chinensis, the pond culture of Apostichopus japonicus. For the social benefit, the order of the four pond culture pattern from largest to smallest was the pond culture of Apostichopus japonicus, the pond culture of Penaeus vannmei, the polyculture of shrimp and crab, the score of the pond culture of Fenneropenaeus chinensis.
