’Meishuo’,’Tezaohong’ and ’Chunyan’ peaches were sprayed Se-fertilizer on leaves at the Na2SeO3 concentrations of 0,10,20 and 30 mg-L-’Moonlight seedless’,’Summer black seedless’and’Jumeigui’grapes were sprayed Se-fertilizer on leaves at the Na2SeO3 concentrations of 0,25,50 and 75 mg·L-1. The study may provide the theory basis for increase the peach quality with Se-fertilizer on leaves. The research results show that spraying Se-fertilizer on leaves is a preferable method for supplementing selenium to peach and grape leaves and fruits were refrained. The Na2SeO3 concentration of 20 mg-L"1 was the optimum treatment and selenium content in leaf and fruits went up with the Se content in spraying concentration. The soluble sugar, titratable acid, Vc and soluble solid in the fruits were improved with increasing selenium concentration under different selenium treatment from 0 to 20 mg·L-1, but when increased to the highest concentration, the trend was opposite. In the peach and grape leaves, the soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and chlorophy II content increased under the optimum concentration. This can keep trees have the high ability of anti-aging and anti-oxidation. Untreated and Se-enriched peach leaves (Prunus persica L. cv.’Mei Shuo’) were used as experimental materials, and proteomes of differentially prepared tissues were compared through two-dimensional electrophoresis analysis and mass spectrum identification. There were 187 less protein spots in the proteome of the Se-enriched leaves than that in the control. Among thirty-three of significantly differentially expressed (P< 0.05) protein spots,11 protein spots were up-regulated while 18 protein points were down-regulated, and four protein spots were disappeared with relative molecular masses of 16,16,18,40kDa, respectively. Twenty-three protein spots with good shape and significant expression were selected for mass spectrometry analysis. These spots were excised from the gel and analyzed by a matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOFMS). Peptide mass fingerprints (PMF) of all the proteins were submitted to NCBInr for protein identification, and 12 differential proteins were positively identified. Biological information of the identified proteins was found via http://www.uniprot.org/.
