Zhangxuan grape has great reputation at home and abroad, the white milk grape became royal tribute in Ming and Qing dynasties. The most important feature of grape is that can be skinned and sliced without juice outflowed. Now it becomes famous brand products of national geographical indicateon. The grape Industry has become dominant and adventage Industry in Zhangxuan areas, and has a region's economic growth contributed to increase peoples'income.Soil geochemistry of Selenium element,soil physical-chemical properties and grape qulity in Zhangxuan grape-producing areas were studied. In order to analyze the regional geochemical environment of Se in soil and explore the relationship between Se in soil and grape qulity, investigation and sampling, laboratory analysis, MapGis,ArcGis, geostatistic Kriging interpolation and correlation analysis were applied. The results are showed as follow:1. In diffraction soil of Zhangxuan grape-producing areas, Se is rich in loam silicate chloride salinization meadow soil.. In the soil layers of 0~20cm,20~40cm,40~60cm, Selenium contents were 0.24 mg/kg,0.19 mg/kg,0.16 mg/kg, respectively. In the different parent materials of soils, contents of elements are more richer in the soil of malan group brand new series slope diluvial, the contents of Se element were 0.22 mg/kg, 0.18 mg/kg, 0.15 mg/kg in the three soil layers from surface to the deep.According to the geomorphology and hydrology in Zhangxuan areas,most of researched elements have the lowest contents.Se element content were 0.08 mg/kg,0.06 mg/kg,0.06 mg/kg in the three soil layer.The distribution of Se in soil were medium variation types and weak variation types. There are significant and extremely positive correlations between Se element and CaO,Fe2O3,P,Zn,N,MgO,Mn,Cu,B element in 0~20cm,20~40cm,40~60cm soil layers.2. The content of Se element in soil of grape-producing areas was analyzed was to show that the content of Se element average were 0.007 mg/kg,0.046 mg/kg,0.102 mg/kg of Huaizhuo and its average were 0.233 mg/kg,0.187 mg/kg,0.160 mg/kg of Xuanhua in 0~20cm,20~40cm,40~60cm soil layer. The content of Se element in soil of Xuanhua grape-producing was higher than that in soil of Huaizhuo grape-producing. Most of soil of Zhangxuan grape-producing areas was less Se element soil. Above 80% of Xuanhua grape-producing areas soil Se element content reached level of enough ; most of soil in Huaizhuo grape-producing lack of enough Se element, only about 7.53% areas soil reached level of enough in the areas.The characteristics of the content of Se element distribution was higher that surface than subsurface in soil . In three soil layer, there was a extremely positive correlation between organic matter and Se element in Soil and there was a negative correlation trend; soil particle size effected on Soil Se element content, more finer and viscositier the soil particle size, more higher soil the content of Se element.3. Distribution law of Se element in soil-grape system was researched and the results showed that the distribution order in this system was 0~20cm soil layer>20~40cm soil layer>40~60cm soil layer>grape.The content of Se element in grape in Zhangxuan grape-producing areas between 0.001 mg/kg~0.037 mg/kg, far below than state regulations limit of selenium in food hygiene standards.
