This paper takes Xuyi County Moon Mountain Ecological Park as study site,and in poplar forest, Mexican cypress,Hackberryand Peach as the research object to study the relationship between the various organs of tree species, the carbon content of different tree species, organ biomass model, each layer of the biomass and carbon storage. The results showed that:(1) There is a significant negative correlation with branch or leaf biomass ratio among Poplar,Mexico cypress and peach; Poplar`strunk biological ratio and root biomass proportion exist significant negative correlation; hackberry and peach`s branch proportion of biomass and leaf biomass ratio exist significantly and much significant positive correlation; Mexico in root biomass proportion and branch biomass proportion was significantly positive correlation, and showed significant negative correlation with root biomass proportion relationship; there is a significant positive correlation for hackberrybetween root biomass proportion and branch and leaf biomass proportion.(2) The study shows that four kinds of plantations of various organs carbon content is different, between 43.81%-56.62%. Poplar carbon content in the order of trunk> leaves>roots >branches, with an average rate of 48.08% carbon content; Mexican cypress leaf>branch>trunk >root, the average carbon ratio of 48.57%; Hackberrytrunk>leaf>branch>root, the average rate of 49.48% carbon content; peach as fruit>leaf>stem>root>branch, with an average rate of 50.88%,the organ carbon content are close to 50%, while the carbon content of herbis lower than the organ carbon content,the herb average carbon ofPoplar was 42.39%; Mexico Bo 43.21%; Hackberry 38.30% and Peach44.12%. Poplar,Mexico cypress, hackberry and peach each forest floor carbon content rates were 47.27%, 46.83%, 47.16% and 48.31%,so analysis carbon content of different species can make carbon stock more realistic.(3) Different tree species in different organs of carbon storage size for poplar`strunk>root> branch>leaves; Mexico cypress`s trunk>branch>root>leaf>root;Hackberry`strunk>branch>root >leaves; peach`s trunk>branch>leaf>stem>fruit. Therefore the carbon storage of tree trunks have a higher rate in total carbon storage contribution.(4)In the plots, the forest soil carbon reserves for the Hackberryis 81.10t·hm-2;Poplar is 77.44t·hm-2;Mexico cypressis 65.74t·hm-2 and Peachis 63.20t·hm-2,In the depth of 0-40 cm,more than 60% surface soil carbon storage contribute to total carbon storage, and many scholars came to similar conclusion, this phenomenon showed that soil organic carbon accumulation in thesurface and have accumulation effect.(5)Poplar total carbon storageis103.603 t·hm-2, and the soil layer, the tree layer, the litter layer, and the herb layer respectively accounted for 74.70%,19.08%, 5.17% and 1.01% of total carbon storage;Mexico cypress total carbon storage is 67.568 t·hm-2, and the soil layer, the tree layer, the litter layer, and the herb layer respectively accounted for 97.29%,1.45%, 0.51% and 0.75% of total carbon storage;Hackberry total carbon storage is 92.968 t·hm-2, and the soil layer, the tree layer, the litter layer, and the herb layer respectively accounted for87.23%,7.89%, 4.16% and 0.71% of total carbon storage; Peach total carbon storage is 72.098 t·hm-2, and the soil layer, the tree layer, the litter layer, and the herb layer respectively accounted for 87.66%,7.08%, 4.32% and 0.94% of total carbon storage.We can concludefrom the above research, the soil layer has deeply influence on their carbon storage, the second is tree layer, respectively, the contribution rate of litter and herb layer carbon storage is smaller than soli and tree layer.
