Camellia is a special oil plant in China,it has great economic value. For a long time, camellia processing work is still using manpower operation, it is time-consuming and labour-intensive industry.It is necessary to design a kind of machine in the camellia processing industry.Firstly,designed a shelling device based on the analysis results of the Thin shell theory.Designed the complete machine comprise a vibration sieve and frame based on the result of shelling device.Further,the 3D model was established by 3D software and completed virtual assembly in it.Then,the experiment was completed.Secondly,FEM method was used to analysis the frame’s structure.A complete finite element model of frame was built up in the software of CAE. The stress analysis of frame structure in CAE was completed based on the analysis results of stress in working condition.According to the results of the analysis on the stress of the frame structure, the stress and strain distribution of frame was obtain and the work of verify structural strength of frame was completed.Then,based on the static analysis of frame,free modal analysis for whole structure was completed and obtain frequency and corresponding vibration mode.To study the structure’s response and vibration,the steady state response analysis was completed based on the results of the free modal analysis and obtain the curve of node in the steady-state response under external loading.The results further verified the accuracy of the results of free modal analysis.To solve the problem of the possible of the phenomenon of syntony in structure,an improved structure was proposed.Results show that the structure is effective to avoid the vibration of motor and could improve the phenomenon of syntony.Finally,in order to achieve the reasonable structure of the whole machine,the frame lightweight design was completed in software.Results show that the mass decreased by 27.9%,the design could meet the purpose of optimization.Static analysis, modal analysis and steady-state response analysis was completed for the structure.Results show that the structure could meet the requirements.of design.The research of this paper have some value to the design of related machine and promot the development of camellia industry.
