The Guangxi elite clones cultivated by Guangxi Seven Slope Forest Farmwere selected as the test material.The ratio of N.P.K content of the seedlings before the experiment was the zero level of foliar fertilizer,and 9 different N.P.K ratios were designed according to the zero level of + 20%,and at the same time,the concentration of the 3 spraying.The L9(34)orthogonal test,4 factors and 3 levels of 9 orthogonal test,9 were treated by T1-T9,with water(CK),and Huawote Masson special fertilizer spray(mass fraction of N:P2O5:K2O=17:17:17,spraying concentration 0.5%)(SF)as the control group(two).For each treatment,432 seedlings of Pinus massoniana(8 seedlings)were repeated for 3 times.T1?T9 specific representative:T1(N1P1K1 concentration 1):N:P2O5:K2O=16:13:7.spraying concentration 0.25%,T2(N1P2K2 concentration2):N:P2O5:K2O=16:11:6 concentration:0.5%),T3(N1P3K3 concentration 3):N:P2O5:K2O=16:9:4?spraying concentration 1%,T4(N2P1K2 concentration 3):N:P2O5:K2O=13:13:6?spraying concentration 1%,T5(N2P2K3 concentration 1)N:P2O5:K2O=13:11:4?the concentration of 0.25%,T6(N2P3K1 concentration 2):N:P2O5:K2O=16:9:7,spraying concentration 0.5%,T7(N3P1K3concentration2):N:P2O5:K2O=11:13:4?spraying concentration:0.5%,T8(N3P2K1 concentration 3):N:P2O5:K2O=11:11:7?spraying concentration 1%,T9(N3P3K2 concentration 1):N:P2O5:K2O=11:9:6,the concentration of 0.25%.The growth,photosynthetic characteristics,physiological characteristics and nutrient elements contents of seedlings under different treatments were measured:(1)Determination and analysis found that the nutrient content of Pinus massoniana Seedlings after fertilization and seedling of Pinus massoniana plants for large and medium elements demand from large to small in turn is:N>K>Ca>P>Mg,trace elements in demand from large to small in turn is Fe>Mn>Zn>B>Cu.The organs of Pinus massoniana Seedlings to nutrient demand size respectively are:N:root>leaf>stem,P:stem>root>leaf,K:leaf>stem>root,Ca:leaf>root>stem:Mg:leaf>root=stem,Cu:root>stem>leaf,Zn:root>leaf>stem,Fe:root>leaf>stem,Mn;leaf>root>stem,B:leaf>stem>root.(2)Spraying foliar fertilizer significantly increased the contents of N,P and K in different organs and whole plants of Pinus massoniana seedlings,and significantly increased the contents of Ca?Mg?Zn?Fe?Mn?B and so on.There are differences on N?P and K on growth and physiology of different organs of Pinus massoniana seedlings,the effect of K on seedling height growth,diameter growth N greatest impact on the largest P,the biggest effect on root length,effect of P and K on photosynthetic characteristics of seedlings is greater than N.(3)T6 and T7 were the most favorable for seedling growth.T7 treatment was most conducive to the growth of plant fresh weight,T6 was most conducive to the growth of dry weight.After fertilization,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b content and chlorophyll a+b were highest in T3 and T7.The most helpful to improve the efficiency of resource utilization is T3 foliar fertilizer.The maximum active surface area of Pinus massoniana seedlings was T1,which was 69.880cm2.cm-3,which was most beneficial to the improvement of root activity was T1.(4)To sum up,the optimum formula of Pinus massoniana leaf fertilizer is N:P2O5:K20=16:9:7,spraying concentration is 0.5%.
