Allium victorialis L. belongs to Allium genus of Liliaceous. It contains a variety of sulfides, flavonoid glycosides, saponins and other ingredients and makes natural, medicinal and ornamental in one set. It has great potential for development. This research aims to conduct a preliminary study on sexual reproduction and asexual reproduction of Allium victorialis L.. This study aims to find the best way of propagation and cultivation. During the test, the best way of propagation and cultivation are screened out. And different reproductions of growth conditions are optimized. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Cold stratification and hormone treatments play a significant role in seed germination of Allium victorialis L.. Cold stratification which has 150 days is the best. The germination rate reaches 87.33%. In hormone treatment, 100 mg/L GA3 and 5 mg/L NAA are the best. Germination rate reaches 90%.2. In the differentiation regeneration system of Allium victorialis L., Best disinfectant methods in Allium victorialis L. is soaking in 75% alcohol for 30 s, 0.1% Hg Cl2 disinfection of 8 minutes. The pollution rate is 5.59%, survival rate is 90.52% and the rate of induction is 90.90%. The best medium for buds induction is MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L+KT 0.1 mg/L. The suitable medium for the growth of buds is MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+2,4-D 0.1 mg/L+KT 1.0 mg/L. The optimal medium for propagation is MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L. Shoot propagation is 6.33. The best medium for rooting is 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L and the rooting rate is 100%. Different hardening ways and cultivation matrix have a greater impact on the transplanting survival rate for plantlets. Place the seedling 7 days without opening the bottle, and then open the bottle for 2 days, the average survival rate reaches the top. Survival rate of transplanting in peat soil + vermiculite + perlite 4: 1: 1 is the highest. !3. In the callus differentiation system of Allium victorialis L., select bulbs, leaves and root tips are used as explants. Only bulbs are induced callus and the rate is very low. Leaves and root tips are not induced callus. Different basic medium has different capacity for callus induction. MS medium induces the highest with the rate of 14.07%. The suitable medium for callus induction is MS + 2, 4-D 3 mg/L + 6- BA 0.1 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L + KT 0.1 mg/L, the rate is 17.41%. The best medium for growth is MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + 2,4-D 1.5 mg/L, with higher growth rate of 0.87%. The best medium for differentiation is MS + 2,4-D 0.05 mg/L 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L. But the overall differentiation rate is low, only 26.67%.4. Different ramet time and cultivation matrix have a certain impact on division propagation of Allium victorialis L. Results show that the best time of division propagation is September 25 th to October 5th. And the best cultivation matrix is humus soil + vermiculite + perlite 4:1:1.
