Yeast autolysate alternative antibiotics as a new type of additive was gradually applied in breeding industry, this experiment through the optimization of fermentation process in the laboratory screened yeast autolysate as feed additives, set different doses of yeast autolysate(0.0%、0.1%、0.4%、0.8%、2%、4%)added to the ratewas fodder, used the completely randomized trial design, by measuring the performance and blood biochemical indicators of broilers, determined the optimum adding amount, so as to provide guidance for practical production. The results summarized as follows:(1)Adding yeast autolysate diet can obviously improve toprevent broiler production performance. 7~42d,the experimental group daily feed intake than the control group all have varying degrees of increase, Daily gain of each group were significantly or extremely significantly higher than that of control group, material weight ratio were significantly lower than the control group. The growth performance of broiler chickens when adding 2% yeast autolysate effect is best.(2) Adding yeast autolysate diet can improve the utilization of broiler chickens for nutrients. The B, C, D, E test group significantly increased the dry matter, crude protein, crude fat, phosphorus, and apparent metabolic energy metabolic rate(P<0.05)and has a tendency to increase the crude ash apparent metabolic rate. The apparent metabolic rate of test group A and control group no significant difference(P>0.05).(3) Adding yeast autolysate diet on blood biochemical indexes ratewas have varying degrees of impact. The total protein concentration in the blood of each test group were significantly or extremely significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Urea nitrogen present first after rising downward trend, But the difference was not significant(P>0.05), the highest content test group D. 21 d,the blood sugar content of each experimental group have varying degrees rise.41 d, blood sugar content presents downtrend, the content of test group E is the lowest, but each group with no significant difference were observed in the control group(P>0.05).(4) Increased as the amount of added yeast autolysate, test A, B, C group of alkaline phosphatase content increased, but no significant difference compared with the control group(P > 0.05). Experimental group D and group E aspertate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase in the blood concentration was significantly higher than the rest of the group(P<0.05). Showed that added a certain dose of yeast autolysate of broiler chickens organs like the liver won’t produce adverse effect, but when the adding amount of more than 2%, aspertate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase activity, to a certain extent, affected the normal operation of the body organ function.
