This experiment mainly studies the production performance, slaughter performance, visceral and digestive tract development status, serum biochemical indexes, and the addition of Bacillus subtilis in straw-type mixed-mix granules. The rumen microbial diversity and other parameters were used to analyze the effects of Bacillus subtilis on the growth performance under the same nutrient level and feeding conditions, thus providing a reference for the application of Bacillus subtilis in Dorper X Thin-Tailed Han crossbred meatlambs and guiding the application in production practice. This experiment used single factor experiment design, selected 100 weaned Dorper×Thin-Tailed Han crossbred meat lambs of 3 months, divided into 2 groups, fattening 80 In the daytime, the nutrient content and formula of the diet in the fattening test group and the control trial were the same.Bacillus subtilis was added to the diet of the test group, but not in the control diet of the control group. The results showed that the experimental diet supplemented with Bacillus subtilis significantly increased the average daily gain, body weight, large intestine weight and total digestive tract weight of Dorper X Thin-Tailed Han crossbred meat lambs(P<0.05).the experimental diet supplemented with Bacillus subtilis significantly increased the blood total protein, blood glucose and lactate dehydrogenase in Dorper X Thin-Tailed Han crossbred meat lambs(P<0.05),the experimental diet supplemented with Bacillus subtilis significantly increased the number of rumen microorganisms such as the Bacteroiaetes in Dorper X Thin-Tailed Han crossbred meat lambs(P<0.05)In summary, the addition of Bacillus subtilis to the fully mixed granule diet can significantly improve the weight gain effect of Dorper X Thin-Tailed Han crossbred meat lamb, improve production performance, optimize blood biochemical indicators, and significantly improve rumen thick broiler bacteria. The number of microbial flora such as the door and the Bacteroides gate increased the ability to degrade the fiber.
