| This study using PCR-SSCP technique to detect GH gene intron 3 of Gansu Alpine Merino, Texel and Australian merino sheep hybrids and analysis GH gene intron 3 fragment polymorphism fragment mutation and correlate with lamb birth weight, three-month weight, weaning weight and daily gain. which provide basic data for the study of the related genes for the economic traits of sheep. The main results are as follows:Correlation analysis growth traits of Gansu Alpine Merino and crossbred sheep in GH gene intron 3 polymorphism :By detecting the GH gene intron 3 in 317 sheep, the correlation of the different genotypes with the birth weight,the weight of the newborn, the weight of 3 month and the weight gain of weaning was analyzed in the production data.The results show that there is a C>T mutation in GH gene intron 3 on first 98 bp of hybrid Gansu Alpine Mer ino lamb, contained AA, AB and BB three genotypes. Gansu Alpine Merino and crossbred sheep group of GH gene 3 intron PIC values were between 0.25-0.5, was medium polymorphism, Which BB was the dominant genotype type. Correlation analysis showed that different genotypes and Gansu Alpine Merino correlation between birth weight was not significant, BB type were significantly higher than AA genotype in Gansu Alpine Merino 3-month weight and weaning weight(P<0.05), AA type and BB type in daily gain of Gansu Alpine wool sheep also significantly associated(P<0.05). Texel Gan sheep BB type of birth weight, weaning weight and average daily gain were significantly higher than those of AA special Texel Gan(P<0.01). There were no correlation in daily gain weight of Bond Gan fine and Australia Gan fine with different genotypes(P>0.05).Based on the above results of GH gene intron 3 allele B may have a beneficial effect on the Gansu Alpine Merino, concluded that as Texel Gan and Gansu Alpine Merino high growth traits marker. |
