In this project, four different greenhouse construction methods in the Hexi Corridor region were evaluated for performance. The four types of greenhouse were as follows:(Type A: the traditional 8 m span of common clay brick wall greenhouse; Type B: an 8 m span hollow brick wall greenhouse; Type C: a 10 m span aerated block wall greenhouse; and Type D: a 10 m span Hexi Corridorstone wall steel greenhouse, which in the Hexi Corridor is known as the GN- N10 B.In each greenhouse type the sunlight and outside light intensity, the temperature, humidity, and the winter heat insulation performance were continuous observed and analyzed during the winter. This project uncover the optimal performance of the type D greenhouse: Hexi Corridorthis greenhouse was constructed from east-west, with front roof of fabricated galvanized steel frame, the back wall to wall, the span of 10 m, 4.6 m high ridge, back wall height of 2.8 m, roof elevation after 42 °, roofing total length of 2.4 m, after before the roof total length of 10.4 m. Covering 0.07 mm thick blue EVA, high permeability film covered 2.5 cm thick at night, width 2.0 m heat preservation heat preservation. The main study results were as follows:1.8 m span different hollow brick wall, 10 m aerated block wall and the 10 m span stone wall steel(Hexi Corridor designed GN- N10B) in solar greenhouse crops during the winter(December 15 to March 1), insulation performance is better than that solar greenhouse consisted of 8 m span ordinary brick wall. 10 m span greenhouse heat preservation performance is optimal, and the greenhouse designed the GN- N10 B stone wall steel not only satisfies the need of winter vegetables production such as the solanaceous warm fruit, is also suitable in the region of the Hexi Corridor in Gansu province and its climate is similar to the popularization and application.2.In typical sunny day, the Hexi Corridor designed the GN- N10 B stone wall inner surface temperature within the temperature and the back wall of the steel frame greenhouse in jie(9:30) began to rise, to the PM and reached the highest 15:00 were 35.0 ℃, the temperature rise in an hour 4.4 ℃, average temperature difference between inside and outside greenhouse was 21.6 ℃; Cloudy conditions, the temperature in greenhouse and back wall of the inner surface temperature at 10:30 slowly began to rise, to 13:30 and passion to achieve the highest respectively, 21.0 ℃ and 19.5 ℃, the temperature rise per hour 1.4 ℃, average temperature difference between inside and outside greenhouse was 16. 9 ℃. Throughout the winter period(On December 12 2014-March 6 2015,) the average minimum temperature of 12.3 ℃ in greenhouse.3.Under sunny conditions, the Hexi Corridor designed the GN- N10 B stone wall daytime temperature in the heating phase of the steel frame greenhouse(9:00-14:00) north-south direction distribution more uniform, in the cooling phase(14:00-16:00) uneven distribution, low on both ends of the south, north, middle, high by 2.2 ℃. At night, the greenhouse temperature distribution in horizontal direction are relatively uniform, In the vertical direction, the greenhouse temperature with the increase of the height of a downward trend, near the ground temperature is high, middle and low temperature at the top is a difference of 1.0 ℃.4.In sunny day, light intensity indoor of the greenhouse designed the GN- N10 B stone wall ≥10 Klx time length is 7.5 h and≥30 Klx time length is 4.5 h, Greenhouse average transmittance was 68.95%.
