In order to study the effects of different film mulching and ridge-furrow planting in continuous cultivation on soil microorganism, enzyme and yield of potato, the local main variety ‘Xin daping’ was planted under six kinds of cultivation mode, which are harrowed bedding system without film mulching(CK), harrowed bedding system with film mulching(T1), completely mulched alternating narrow and wide ridges with ridge planting(T2), completely mulched alternating narrow and wide ridges with furrow planting(T3), plastic mulched raised bedding system with bedding planting(T4) and plastic mulched raised bedding system with furrow planting(T5). The main research conclusions are as follows:1. Under the condition of continuous cropping, three kinds of cultivation modes, completely mulched planting and plastic mulched raised bedding system with bedding planting, accelerated the increasing of quantity of soil bacteria, and the acceleration of plastic mulched raised bedding system with bedding planting was largest. All planting modes inhibited the increasing of quantity of fungi except plastic mulched raised bedding system with bedding planting, and the inhibitory effect of completely mulched alternating narrow and wide ridges with ridge planting was largest. Film mulching inhibited the increasing of quantity of actinomycetes, and inhibitory effect of plastic mulched raised bedding system with furrow planting was largest, moreover, inhibitory effect of completely mulched planting was less than that of plastic mulched raised bedding system. In addition, completely mulched alternating narrow and wide ridges with furrow planting helped improve B/F and soil microbial community structure most.2. Film mulching and ridge-furrow accelerated the increasing of quantity of soil azotobacter, and acceleration of completely mulched planting was larger than that of plastic mulched raised bedding system. But five kinds of film mulching modes inhibited nitrifier, and inhibitory effect of plastic mulched raised bedding system with furrow planting was largest. Moreover, the acceleration of harrowed bedding system without film mulching and inhibitory effect of completely mulched alternating narrow and wide ridges with ridge planting to denitrifying bacteria both were largest.3. Activity of soil catalase was promoted under the harrowed bedding system without film mulching. Activity of urease under all planting modes decreased, and inhibitory effect of plastic mulched raised bedding system with bedding planting was largest. Under all planting modes, activity of alkaline phosphatase decreased sharply, but there weren’t obvious difference under different planting modes. Moreover, activity of invertase could keep higher level under film mulching and ridge-furrow planting, and that of plastic mulched raised bedding system with bedding planting was highest.4. Under different planting modes, there was highly significant positive effect between eight indicators, which were soil bacteria, four kinds of nitrogen physiological group and three kinds of soil enzyme. Also, there was highly significant positive effect between phosphorus use efficiency and B/F、nitrogen use efficiency. While, there was highly significant negative effect between fungi and nitrogen use efficiency.5. Potato dry matter weight under plastic mulched raised bedding system with bedding planting was highest, and that of completely mulched alternating narrow and wide ridges with ridge planting took the second place. Nutrient use efficiency under the completely mulched alternating narrow and wide ridges with furrow planting was highest, and nutrient use efficiency of completely mulched planting were higher than that of plastic mulched raised bedding system, and furrow planting was better than ridge planting. Moreover, potato yield could keep higher level under film mulching planting, and the effect of ridge planting was better.
