Salinization of cultivated land in the Hexi Oasis Irrigation Area is taken as the research object, the characteristics of soil salinization and its relationship with soil effective zinc content has carried on the investigation and study, to reveal the hexi oasis irrigation area salinization of soil effective zinc environment mechanism provides a reliable reference. Based on the determination of soil salt content, p H value, composition of ions and the content of effective zinc in the farmland of the study area, we worked out the results below through the statistical analysis of the relationship between saline environment factors(Salt content, p H value, composition of ions)and effective zinc.(1)Research area soils are the salt chemicals condition, the section plane soil salinity have the obvious table gathering characteristic, assumes “T” the distribution. The positive ion in section plane takes Ca2+ primarily, the ion content is highest, accounts for various soil layer positive ion total quantity 31.28%~48.09%, next is Na+, accounts for 25.11%~35.18%\; The anion takes SO42- primarily, accounts for various soil layer anion total quantity over 70%, next is HCO3-, accounts for 7.60%~20.00%. Various soil p H mean values situated in 8.55~8.63.(2)The effective zinc content in research area soil situated in 0.289~0.736 mg kg-1, on average is 0.473 mg kg-1, is lower than the soil to lack the zinc marginal value(0.5 mg kg-1), the coefficient of variation is 18.67%. This area salinification soil’s effective zinc content overall is low. From the content of different type saline soil effective zinc, the salt chemicals cultivated fluviogenic soil is highest, the black alkali soils next best, the magnesium nature pickling earth is lowest; From the different salinified degree soil effective zinc content, the light quality pickling earth is highest, the moderate pickling earth next best, the specific weight pickling earth is lowest.(3) The model correspondence results analysis showed that K+ and Mg2+, Ca2+ and SO42- have the good relatedness in various soil layers throughout; Na+ and Cl- are good because of 0~20cm and 40~100cm soil layer’s relatedness, SO42- and Na+ just right and its opposite, is good because of the 20~40cm soil layer’s relatedness; K+ and Na+ are good because of the 40~80cm soil layer’s relatedness. In 0~100 cm entire section planes, the spatial distribution of soil p H is big by HCO3- and Na+ content influence, the soil salt content is big by SO42-, Cl- and Ca2+ content influence, is decides the primary factor of Hexi oasis irrigation area saline type and distribution.(4) Various soil layers’ influencing factors and entire section planes differ from, in 0~20 cm soil layers the spatial distribution of soil salt content and p H is mainly controlled in the SO42- content, in 20~40 cm soil layers affects by Cl-, Na+, Ca2+ and SO42- together, 40~60cm and in the 60~80cm soil layer K+ is the major effect factor, in 80~100 cm soil layers is mainly controlled in K+ and Mg2+ content.(5) This area salinification soil’s effective zinc content overall is low. From the content of different type saline soil effective zinc, the salt chemicals cultivated fluviogenic soil is highest, the black alkali soils next best, the magnesium nature pickling earth is lowest\; From the different salinified degree soil effective zinc content, the light quality pickling earth is highest, the moderate pickling earth next best, the specific weight pickling earth is lowest..(6) Research area pickling unsophisticated type difference is big, in this case, the findings showed that entire salt content’s height does not affect the soil effective zinc content the determining factor. between the p H values and effective zinc contents presented extremely remarkable inverse correlation relations, but the changeability of inverse correlation relations were big. In the salinity ion HCO3- and Mg2+ and effective zinc content presented extremely remarkable inverse correlation relations; other ions the fitting degree in the regression analysis process are not good, do not have the remarkable correlational dependence.
