A systematical investigation of arthropod community was carried out in Jujube orchard during2012-2013 in Xiaohaizi reclamation area of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Studied the structure,composition and diversity through ecological ways. In this study,clearing the occurrence rule and screening chemical insecticides to major pest in Jujube were finished.The research provided scientific basis for the prevention and control of pests for Xiaohaizi reclamation area Jujube orchard.Results of the study are as follows:1.The total number of arthropod collected in Jujube orchard of Xiaohaizi reclamation area was 40205,belonging to 3 classes,14 orders,74 families,144 species.Including 47 families,37044 Phytophagous groups,15 families,2244 predatory groups,5 families,189 parasitic groups,and 7 families 728 other groups.The dominant species were Tetranychidae,Staphylinoidea,Noctuoidea,Cecidomyiidae and Pyraloidea.Their species richness is 0.2643、0.2551、0.1900、0.0979 and 0.0382.2.Dominance and dominant concentration of parasitic groups in arthropod community of Xiaohaizi Jujube orchard both are maximum.Meanwhile,the species richness of predatory groups and the species diversity of Phytophagous groups are the highest,and the pielou evenness of other groups is maximum.3. Through this investigation the main insects such as Dasineura datifolia Jiang,Tetranychus truncatus Ehara, Eulecanium gigantean Shinji, Euzophera pyriella Yang and Quadraspidiotus perniciosus Comstock were found on the trees. Dasineura datifolia Jiang had four generations a year. Leaves, flower buds and young fruits mainly were damaged by the larva of Dasineura datifolia Jiang. From early July to middle August Tetranychus truncatus Ehara reproduced rapidly and seriously damaged leaves and buds.Eulecanium gigantean Shinji occurred once a year and caused damage to the branch, tip leaves and fruit.Euzophera pyriella Yang had three generations a year and its larva can make the phloem of trunk and bough corroded. Quadraspidiotus perniciosus Comstock had two generations a year and caused damage to the branch and fruit.4.The field efficacy results showed that the Correction Control effect of Acetamiprid with 1000 times solution to Dasineura datifolia Jiang was 97.04% at 15 days post treatment,significantly highter than any other treztment.And following was 3000 times solution of Decis, with the Correction Control effect of95.65%.But the effect of Avermectins & Chlorpyrifos with 1000 and 1500 times solution,Admire with15000 and Acetamiprid with 3000 times solution were not remarkable,which Correction Control effectwere below 90%.In addition,by utilizing yellow sticky card to attract Dasineura datifolia Jiang can not only monitor the dynamics,also can play a good role in prevention.Especially in the jujube tree flowering period, chemical control should be avoided, while the yellow sticky card can prevent it.The control effect of five pesticides to Jujube spiders was evaluated.The Correction Control effect of Avermectins with 2000 times solution, Acramite with 2000 times solution and Avermectins with 1000 times solution were92.43%,91.62% and 91.59% at 7 days post treatment.All treatments of Envidor and Clofentezine had little obvious effect.
