Effects Of The Different Treatments On The Fruit Quality Of Delayed Harvest ’Wanqiuhuangli’

In order to investigate whether the harvest of ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear could be delayed and the effect of delayed harvest on the fruit quality of pear, we chose 25 strains five-year-old ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear with similar stem and similar fruit quantity as test materials, and then we selected the fruits with basically same size, no plant diseases and insect pests and easy handing in those plants to mark. From the beginning of June 10 th, we smeared them on the fruit set and the end of the fruit stalk daub, and then we smeared it 1 time every 20 days, a total of 3 times. From August 20 th to December 20 th, we harvested the fruits once a month, a total of five times. We measured quality indicators and anti-aging indices after harvest. The results were as follows.In addition to treatment 5, treatment 7 and treatment8, compared with the control group, other treatments promoted the single fruit weight increased until October 20 th, but could reduce weight increased after October 20 th. All treatments could not signify-cantly influence the change of fruit hardness. Compared with the control group, most of the treatments had a tendency to reduce the content of soluble solids in fruits before September 20 th, but after September 20 th most of the treatments had the tendency to promote its increase, and each treatment had no significant impact on soluble solids content after October 20 th. In addition to treatment 8, each treatment first promoted the increase of Vc content and then inhibited the increase of Vc content before October 20 th, and most treatments reduced Vc content increased after October 20 th. The trend of the titration acid content was basically opposite to the trend of the Vc content. The content of soluble sugar in the fruit could not be increased by the treatments. From September 20 th to October 20 th, treatments 4, 7, 8 promoted the contents of soluble protein in fruit decreased, other treatments promoted soluble protein content increased. Treatment 2 and treatment 3 promoted the content of soluble protein in fruit decreased significantly, and other treatments did not affect it signifycantly. Treatment 4, treatment 7 and treatment 8 inhibited the change of the fruit relative electric conductivity. Before September 20 th, except for treatment 8, other treatments could delay increased. After September 20 th, each treatment first slowed down the respiration rate decreased and then inhibited the respiration rate increased. After September 20 th, each treament had the tendency to slow the increase of PPO activity in fruit, to improve the CAT activity, and SOD activity tended to stabilize. Before September 20 th, treatment 1, 3, 8, 9 promoted fruit POD activety increased, other treatments slowed down the increasing trend.Analysis of the above results can be considered. 1. Under the conditions of this experiment, the ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear fruits can not be harvested delayed to December 20 th, but the fruits can be harvested delay to November 20 th. 2. The plant growth regulator combination treatments used in this research could not significantly pro-longed the recovery period of ’Wanqiuhuangli’ pear fruits, but some treatments could significantly improve the quality of fruits, and the best treatments for improving fruit quality were different because of the difference of harvest times. 3. Each treatment used in this research had significant effects on respiratory rate, PPO, SOD, CAT and other anti-aging indexs.
