By the studies to explore the optimum apple pollen germination conditions, in order to improve apple fruit set.The results show:When pollen germination, the temperature effects on pollen obviously, low temperatures inhibit the germination of pollen. When sucrose solid medium pollen, pollen germination optimum temperature is 27 ℃, when the temperature is lower or higher than this temperature,the germination of pollen germination rate were lower than 27 ℃.Pollen in different concentrations of boric acid treatment, 10 mg / L boric acid concentration best, 5~30mg / L boric acid concentration followed, 40~80mg / L boric acid concentration compared to the control for the effect of promoting pollen germination Qinguan no significant promoting effect, when the boric acid concentration is greater than 90 mg / L,pollen germination has a significant inhibitory effect.10~30mg / L of calcium nitrate has significantly promoting effect on pollen germination,when the concentration is higher than 50 mg / L, will be inhibited pollen germination,it was significantly lower than the control group.when calcium nitrate at a concentration of 20 mg / L,pollen germination promote best, has the highest germination rate.Through pollen culture medium of Vitamin C concentrations obtained, when the concentration of 40~50mg / L,the germination rate was 39.97%, the effect of promoting is the best.When the concentration of GA is 55 mg / L the pollen germination rate is the best.
